ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը մինչև սեպտեմբերի 30-ը երկարաձգել է Ռուսաստանից օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների և քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց արտաքսման մորատորիումը: Նրանք իրավունք ունեն մինչև սեպտեմբերի 30-ը դիմելու ՆԳ նախարարություն` իրենց իրավական կարգավիճակի կարգավորման դիմումով կամ լքել երկիրը:

ՌԴ նախագահի հրամանագիրը հրապարակվել է Կրեմլի պաշտոնական կայքում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ մինչ այս հայտարարվել էր, որ Ռուսաստանում անօրինական գտնվող քաղաքացիները, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, երկրից պետք է հեռանան մինչև հունիսի 15-ը:

«Մինչև 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ը ներառյալ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքում գտնվող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների և քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց նկատմամբ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից վարչական վտարման մասին որոշում չի կայացվում», – ասված է նախագահի հրամանագրում:

Այն չի տարածվում օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների և քաղաքացիություն չունեցող այն անձանց վրա, որոնք ազատվել են կալանքի վայրերից, Ռուսաստանի պետական սահմանի օրենսդրությունն են խախտել, երկրի ազգային անվտանգության համար վտանգ են ներկայացնում, օժանդակել են ահաբեկչական գործողությունների կատարմանը, հասարակական կարգ են խատել, ներառյալ` մասնակցել են չարտոնված բողոքի ակցիաներին:

Օտարերկրացիները և քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձինք, որոնք Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն են ժամանել մինչև 2020 թ. մարտի 15-ը և որոնք չունեն երկրում մնալու իրավական հիմք, կարող են մինչև սեպտեմբերի 30-ը դիմել ՆԳՆ տարածքային մարմիններին` իրենց իրավական կարգավիճակի կարգավորման դիմումով կամ լքել Ռուսաստանը:

Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հրամանագրի համաձայն, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում փախստականի վկայականների և ժամանակավոր ապաստանի վկայականների գործողության ժամկետը կդադարեցվի հունիսի 16-ից դեկտեմբերի 31-ը:
