ԱԺ-ն վավերացրեց ԵԶԲ-ից բյուջետային աջակցության վարկային համաձայնագիրը

Ազգային ժողովը վավերացրեց ԵԶԲ-ից 300 միլիոն դոլարի վարկային համաձայնագիրը: «2015թ. նոյեմբերի 4-ին Երևանում ստորագրված, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի միջև Եվրասիական տնտեսական ընկերակցության հակաճգնաժամային հիմնադրամի միջոցներից ֆինանսական վարկի տրամադրման մասին համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին» հարցին կողմ քվեարկեց 60, դեմ՝ 19, ձեռնպահ՝ 2 պատգամավոր:

Համաձայնագրով Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկը Եվրասիական ընկերակցության հակաճգնաժամային հիմնադրամի միջոցներից Հայաստանին 300 միլիոն դոլարի բյուջետային աջակցության արտոնյալ վարկ կտրամադրի: 2009թ. Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը  անդամակցել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական ընկերակցության համաճգնաժամային հիմնադրամին, որի  նպատակն է անդամ երկրներին բյուջետային հաշվեկշռի աջակցության  նպատակով վարկերի տրամադրումը, ինչպես նաև անդամ երկրներին  ներդրումային վարկերի տրամադրումը ազգային կամ միջպետական խոշոր ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորման համար:  

Վարկի տոկոսադրույքը  կազմում է 2.1 տոկոս, տրամադրվում է 20 տարի մարման ժամկետով, որից 10 տարին արտոնյալ ժամանակահատվածն է: Համաձայնագրի ստորագրմամբ հիմնադրամը արտահայտել է իր պատրաստակամությունը և տվել է իր համաձայնությունը Հայաստանին  բյուջետային աջակցության վարկ տրամադրել, ինչը կձևակերպվի որպես պետական բյուջեի պակասուրդի ֆինանսավորման աղբյուր:
