Իրանը պատրաստ է Ղարաբաղում տարածքներն ականազերծել․ Մուսավի

Բաքվում Իրանի դեսպանն ասել է, որ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը «պատրաստ է ականազերծել և վերակառուցել ազատագրված տարածքները Ղարաբաղի տարածաշրջանում»:
Երեկ գրել է իրանական «Մեհր» լրատվական գործակալությունը։
Սեյիդ Աբբաս Մուսավին հայտարարել է կիրակի օրը՝ Աղդամ կատարած այցի ժամանակ, ու վերահաստատել Իրանի պատրաստակամությունն «ականազերծել և վերականգնել Ղարաբաղում ազատագրված տարածքները»:
«Մենք այցելեցինք ազատագրված Աղդամ քաղաք՝ լիազոր դիվանագիտական անձնակազմի հետ միասին և Հիքմեթ Հաջիևի՝ Ադրեբջանի Հանրապետության նախագահի՝ արտաքին քաղաքական օգնականի ներկայությամբ», - գրել է Մուսավին «Թվիթեր»-ում:
«Աղդամի վերակառուցման ծրագրում կանխատեսվում է 100,000 բնակիչ ունեցող ժամանակակից քաղաք, որը լավ հնարավորություն է իրանական ընկերությունների համար», ասել է նա՝ հավելելով. «Ես հայտարարեցի, որ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը լիովին պատրաստ է այս տարածքները ականազերծելու և վերակառուցելու համար»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 12-ին 15 հայ գերի էր ադրբեջանական կողմը վերադարձրել, իսկ փոխարենը հայկական կողմը փոխանցել էր Աղդամի ականադաշտային քարտեզ ու կարևոր տեղեկատվություն Ադրբեջանին։ Նույն օրը Վրաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դավիդ Զալկալիանին լրագրողներին ասել էր, որ Թբիլիսին Վաշինգտոնի աջակցությամբ մի քանի ամիս աշխատել է կողմերի հետ։ «Սա այսօրվա կամ երեկվա հարց չէ, վերջին 2-3 ամիսներին այս արդյունքին հասնելու համար մենք շատ ակտիվ աշխատում էինք մեր հիմնական ռազմավարական գործընկերոջ՝ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ միասին», - շաբաթ օրը հայտարարել էր Վրաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը։
Զալկալիանիի խոսքերով՝ Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին ԱՄՆ-ի հետ միասին 24-ժամյա բանակցություններ է վարել ադրբեջանական ու հայկական կողմերի հետ: Նախարարը հայտնել էր նաև, որ ազատված գերիների տեղափոխումը տեղի է ունեցել Վրաստանի տարածքով:
Նույն օրը ռուսական «Սպուտնիկ Արմենիա» ռադիոկայանը գրել էր, որ հայ գերիներին հայրենիք վերադարձնելու շուրջ պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք բերելու հարցում վճռորոշ դեր է ունեցել Արցախում խաղաղապահ առաքելության հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Ռուստամ Մուրադովը։ «Շահումյանի շրջանում (Քելբաջար) ադրբեջանցի լրագրողների պայթելուց հետո ադրբեջանական կողմը համառորեն միջնորդներին խնդրել է օգնել ականապատ տարածքների քարտեզները ստանալու գործընթացում: Մեր աղբյուրը հայտնել է, որ վերջին շրջանում գեներալ Մուրադովը սերտ շփումներ է ունեցել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ հրամանատարության հետ»,- գրել էր «Սպուտնիկը»։
