Հարկատուների հաշվին աշխատող Հանրայինը գրաքննություն է ենթարկել «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի տրամադրած նախընտրական հոլովակները եւ մերժել է դրանց հեռարձակումը։ Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել «Ընտրությունների վերահսկման կոմիտեն»:
«Նման քայլը պետք է որակել որպես ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժի նկատմամբ ակնհայտ ու անթաքույց խտրականության դրսևորում: Նման կերպ հանրայինը սահմանափակում է քաղաքական ուժի խոսքի իրավունքը:
Ըստ նշված դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Աշոտյանի՝ Հանրայինն առաջին տեսահոլովակը մերժել է որպես վիրավորանք, իսկ երկրորդը՝ որպես զրպարտություն: Նման որակումները զարմանալի են ոչ միայն այն առումով, որ Հանրային հեռուստատեսությունն ի՛նքն է իրավական եւ քաղաքական գնահատականներ տալիս քարոզչական նյութերին, այլեւ՝ որ իշխանական ուժի պարագայում Հ1-ը հեռարձակում է շատ ավելի կոշտ բառամթերքով, ակնհայտ հայհոյանքներով ու անհիմն մեղադրանքներով տեսանյութեր։
Հակաօրինական քայլից հետո Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը փորձում է նախահարձակ լինել՝ հայտարարելով, որ իրենք ենթարկվում են քաղաքական ճնշումների։ Մինչդեռ հենց Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունն է քաղաքական որոշումներ կայացնում և իրեն իրավունք վերապահում այս կամ այն նախընտրական հոլովակը եթեր չհեռարձակել:
Կարևոր է ընդգծել նաև, որ գործող ընտրական օրենսգրքի շրջանակներում իրականացված 2017թ. և 2018թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում նման որևէ դրսևորում չի գրանցվել։
ՀՌՀ-ից պահանջում ենք համապատասխան քայլերը ձեռնարկել իր վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող հեռուստաընկերության նկատմամբ և ապահովել «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի նախընտրական տեսահոլովակների հեռարձակումը»,- ասվում է հայտարարությունում:
