Ակնայի ականապատման քարտեզը մեր վերջին հաղթաթուղթն էր. ռազմական փորձագետ
BLOGՌազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը, արձագանքելով Ակնայի ականապտ տարածքների քարտեզներն Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու դիմաց ռազմագերիների վերադարձին, գրում է.
«Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանին է հանձնել Ակնայի ականապատման քարտեզը 15 ռազմագերիների դիմաց, ովքեր ունեցել են ռազմագերու կարգավիճակ, ըստ պաշտոնական Բաքվի։
Այսինքն քրեական գործերով չեն անցնում։ Որպեսզի պարզ լինի , թե ինչ հզոր խաղաթղթի մասին է խոսք գնում, թվերով ներկայացնեմ։ Ակնայի ողջ շրջանի քարտեզն է տրվել, որտեղ 100 000 տանկային և հետևակի համար նախատեսված ականներ են տեղակայված եղել։ Մարդ կարող է ռազմական գործից չհասկանա, բայց դիվանագիտությունից էլ չհասկանա ու նման հզոր խաղաթուղթը տա ընդամենը 15 ռազմագերու դիմաց։ Շուտով Ակնայի ողջ շրջանը ակտիվ կյանքով է սկսելու ապրել, չեք պատկերացնի , թե դա ինչ էր Ադրբեջանի համար․․․ Չփորձեք ոչ մեկդ ասել, թե 15 ընտանիքում լույս վառվեց, բա մյուս ընտանիքները։ Բացի դա, վերջապես դուրս եկեք հուզական դաշտից։ Երբ ձեզ պետք է, մտնում եք հուզական դաշտ, երբ պետք չէ՝ դառնում եք իբրև թե պետական մտածող։
Ի դեպ, արդեն տեսա, որ որոշները սկսել են մանիպուլացնել, թե բա 15 գերի է վերադառնում․․․»։
Ավելի ուշ նա գրեց. «Բաքվում կրկին հաղթական տրամադրություններ են։ Իրար են շնորհավորում, որ վերջապես բոլորը կվերադառնան Ակնա, որ վերջապես Ակնան կսկսի ծաղկել։ Ակնապատման քարտեզի ձեռք բերումը համարում են պատմական հաղթանակ։ Որպեսզի ավելի պարզ լինի, թե ինչի համար են ուրախանում, ասեմ, որ մեկ ականի հայտնաբերման և վնասազերծման համար պահանջվում է ավելի քան 1000 եվրո, իսկ մենք հանձնել ենք քարտեզ, որտեղ 100 000 -ից ավել ականի տեղորոշում կա»։
