Իշխանությունը ՀՀ-ում գտնվող երկու սիրիացի վարձկաններին չի փոխանակում հայ գերիների հետ

«Եւ՛ գերիների ծնողները, եւ՛ ես համոզվել ենք, որ գործող իշխանությունները չունեն ցանկություն, կարողություն, ասեմ ավելին՝ խոչընդոտում են այդ գորընթացին։ Տվյալ պահին լսելով նրա (նկատի ունի ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Լենա Նազարյանին) ցինիկ արտահայտությունները, կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ խոչընդոտում են այն աշխատանքին, որը մենք տանում ենք առանց նրանց մասնակցության, միայն ՌԴ-ի միջնորդությամբ»։ Այս մասին «Հրապարակ»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի նախագահի հատուկ հանձնարարություններով նախկին ներկայացուցիչ Բորիս Ավագյանն՝ անդրադառնալով Լենա Նազարյանի այն հայտարարությանը, թե հայ գերիներին պետք է պահանջել Ադրբեջանից։
Ավագյանը նաեւ փոխանցեց, որ հնարավորություն կա Հայաստանում գտնվող երկու սիրիացի վարձկանների դիմաց մի քանի գերի վերադարձնել Հայաստան․«Երբ մենք գերիների ծնողների հետ առաջարկություն ենք արել՝ փոխանակման համաձայնություն տալ 2 սիրիացի ահաբեկչի, որոնք գտնվում են ՀՀ-ում, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որը ոգելից խմիչքի ազդեցության տակ հայտնվել էր Գյումրիում եւ հանդիպում էր գերիների ծնողների հետ, ասաց, որ Բաքուն մեզանից չի ուզում նրանց։ Այդ հանդիպումը շատ կարճ է եղել, որովհետեւ նա եղել է հարբած, ծնողների հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ նա չի տալիս համաձայնությունը, որպեսզի Բորիս Ավագյանը կարողանա պայմանավորվի, ՌԴ-ի միջնորդությամբ, ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ փոխանակման համար, ասել է, որ Բաքուն մեզանից նրանց չի ուզում։ Բայց հարցին՝ Բաքուն պիտի ուզի՞, որ դու ֆայմես ինչ է պետք անել, պատասխանել է, որ մենք կքննարկենք եւ Ձեզ հետ կկապվենք։ Դրանից հետո նրա թիկնազորը նրան տարել է, որովհետեւ եղել է հարբած վիճակում»։
Հարցին, թե երկու վարձկանների դիմաց, քանի՞ գերի կարող էր վերադառնալ Հայաստան, պատասխանեց․
«Ընթացակարգը հետեւյալն է․ իշխանությունը պետք է նախ համաձայնություն տա եւ ասի, որ պատրաստ է փոխանակման, դրանից հետո մենք դիմում ենք ՌԴ-ի խաղաղապահների ղեկավարին, հայտնում ենք, որ իշխանությունը տվել է փոխանակման համաձայնություն եւ սկսվում է բանակցային պրոցեսը»։
