«Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն ամբողջությամբ դուրս է եկել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերահսկողությունից և միասնական է իր դիրքորոշման մեջ։ Օրերս գերատեսչության անունից կոշտ հայտարարություն են պատրաստել՝ մոտավորապես նախկին նախարար Արա Այվազյանի հրաժեշտի ելույթի ոգով, որ պետությունը ծանրագույն վիճակում է, պետականության կորստի վտանգ կա, և այս պարագայում չի կարելի ոչ մի նոր փաստաթուղթ ստորագրել։ Անգամ տեքստն են պատրաստել, որը կոչ է լինելու՝ ուղղված վարչապետի ԺՊ-ին, և երեքշաբթի երեկոյան պետք է այն հրապարակեին, ու այդ օրն էլ միաժամանակ 3 փոխնախարար հրաժարականի դիմումներ ներկայացրին, սակայն անհայտ պատճառներով գործընթացը կասեցվել է։

ԱԳՆ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, արտաքին ոլորտի պատասխանատուները չեն ցանկացել նոր ցնցումներ առաջացնել երկրում։ Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն էլ մատ է թափ տվել և խելոքանալու հրահանգ տվել ԱԳՆ աշխատակիցներին։ Երեկ լուրեր տարածվեցին, որ հրաժարականի դիմում է ներկայացրել նաև վերջին փոխնախարարը՝ Արմեն Ղևոնդյանը, որն ԱԳ նախարարի պարտականություններն է այժմ կատարում։ Սակայն նրա դիմումը արձակուրդում գտնվող վարչապետի պարտականությունները կատարող Ավինյանը չի ստորագրել, քանի որ նախարարությունը չի կարող մնալ առանց ղեկավարի։

Բայց մեր աղբյուրներն ասում են, որ Ղևոնդյանը, որն ԱԱԾ-ից է եկել ԱԳ համակարգ, «խաղերի» մեջ է իշխանությունների հետ, և ազատման դիմումն էլ ձևական է գրվել, որպեսզի աշխատակազմում չասեն՝ դավաճան է, սակայն նրա հետ համաձայնեցված է դիմումը չմակագրելը, և գուցե հենց ինքն էլ կասեցրել է հայտարարության տարածումը»,-գրում է թերթը։
