Ղրղզստանը ցանկանում է ամրապնդել ռազմական գործընկերությունը Թուրքիայի հետ

Ղրղզստանի նախագահ Սադիր Ժափարովը Թուրքիա կատարած այցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ իրենց երկրների իշխանությունները հասել են բարեկամական հարաբերությունների «նոր մակարդակի», ուստի հետագայում նախատեսվում է ուժեղացնել ռազմական գործընկերության համակարգումը:

ժափարովի խոսքով՝ առաջին հերթին երկրները կամրապնդեն համագործակցությունը կիբերհանցագործությունների, մաքսանենգության, թմրանյութերի ու զենքի ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի, ինչպես նաև ապօրինի միգրացիայի և ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի ոլորտներում:
«Ընդգծելով գլոբալ և տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականության առնչությամբ առանցքային դիրքորոշումների նմանությունը՝ պետության ղեկավարը հաստատել է անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցության ամրապնդման անհրաժեշտությունը»,- մանրամասնել են մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Թե կոնկրետ ինչ քայլեր են կողմերը նախատեսում ձեռնարկել զինված ուժերի համատեղ ամրապնդման համար և թե որ ոլորտների վրա դա առաջին հերթին կանդրադառնա, քաղաքական գործիչը չի մանրամասնել: Փոխարենը նա ընդգծել է, որ երկրին իր զորքերն արդիականացնելու համար խիստ անհրաժեշտ է դաշնակիցների կանոնավոր ռազմատեխնիկական օգնությունը:
Հիշեցնենք՝ Կենտրոնական Ասիայում տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության ապահովումը բարդանում է Ղրղզստանի և Տաջիկստանի միջև տարածքային հակամարտության պատճառով՝ սահմանազատման բացակայության և Խորհրդային Միության ժամանակներից մնացած անկլավների պատճառով:
Վիճելի տարածքներում հակամարտությունները հաճախ առաջանում են հողային, ջրային, սահմանների անօրինական հատման և ազգամիջյան տարաձայնությունների շուրջ: Երկու երկրներն էլ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ են և համարվում են Ռուսաստանի ռազմական դաշնակիցներ:
Նշենք՝ ապրիլի 29-ին Տաջիկստանի և Ղրղզստանի սահմանի վիճելի հատվածում մարտեր էին սկսվել: Կողմերը միմյանց մեղադրել էին սադրանքի համար: Հակամարտությունը չէր հաջողվում լուծել մի քանի օր շարունակ:
«Գոլովնոյ» ջրամբարի շուրջ ծագած ղրղզ-տաջիկական արյունալի ընդհարման հետևանքով ղրղզական կողմից սպանվել է 34 և վնասվածք է ստացել 178 մարդ:
Տաջիկստանի կողմից սպանվել է առնվազն 8, և վնասվածք է ստացել ավելի քան 90 մարդ: Դուշանբեն պաշտոնական տվյալներ դեռ չի հրապարակել:
Բախման պատճառ «Գոլովնոյ» ջրամբարը գտնվում է երկու երկրների սահմանի վիճահարույց հատվածում: Դրա պատկանելիությունը համաձայնեցված չէ:
Ընդհարումը սկսվել էր այն բանից հետո, երբ Տաջիկստանի սահմանապահները սկսել են անվտանգության տեսախցիկներ տեղադրել ջրամբարի տարածքում, ինչը փորձել են կասեցնել տեղի ղրղզ բնակիչները:
