Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրապարակած ձայնագրության մասին
VIDEO«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր՝ նախընտրական քարոզարշավի 4-րդ օրը Լոռու մարզում է։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Սպիտակում, քաղաքացիների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ խոսեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողմից տրված 24 ժամի ու հրապարակված տեսանյութի մասին։
«Սպառնում էին, որ հեսա կոմպրոմատ են հրապարակելու, այնպիսի կոմպրոմատ․․․ ջախջախիչ։ Եվ երեկ իրենք այդ կոմպրոմատ կոչվածը, ինչ-որ ձայնագրություն, որտեղ ես եմ խոսում՝ հրապարակեցին։ Ես ինչքան հետևել եմ արձագանքներին, հանրությունը մի փոքր տարակուսած է, նրանք հարց են տալիս՝ հիմա այս ձայնագրությունով Սարգսյանը ուզում էր վնա՞ս տար Փաշինյանին, թե՝ օգուտ տար։
Հարցը, եթե անկեղծ ասեմ, շատ լեգիտիմ է, որովհետև այն, ինչ հրապարակել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ լիովին և ամբողջությամբ հիմնավորում է մեր այն դիրքորոշումները, մեր այն պատմությունը, որը վերջին 7 ամսվա ընթացքումա մենատարբեր հարթակներից մենք արել ենք, ներկայացրել մեր ժողովրդին»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ 2018 թվականի մայիսին Ղարաբաղի հարցի բանակցային գործընթացն ինքը ժառանգել է փակուղային, դեֆորմացված վիճակում ու ամենակարևոր խնդիրն այդ պահի դրությամբ եղել է այն, որ միջնորդները հետագա զարգացումների ու կարգավորման ճանապարհային քարտեղի վերաբերյալ արտահայտել են այն նույն դիրքորոշումը, ինչ արտահայտել է Ադրբեջանը։
«Շատ կարևոր է արձանագրել, որ դա 2018 չէ, որ տեղի է ունցել, դա տեղի է ունեցել շատ ավելի վաղ, ես խոսել եմ այդ մասին՝ խոսելով 2016 թվականի հունվարի իրադարձությունների մասին։ Ես դեռ վարչապետ չէի, ասել եմ, որ միջնորդները Հայաստանին պայման են ներկայացրել՝ հրաժարվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի միջանկյալ կարգավիճակի գաղափարից, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ըստ էության, հարցը դրված է եղել այսպես․ նախկինում գոյություն ուներ «տարածքներ՝ կարգավիճակի դիմաց» բանաձև, հետո գոյություն ուներ՝ «տարածքներ՝ խաղաղության դիմաց» բանաձև, 2016-18 թվականները ձևակերպվեց և 2016 թվականի Ապրիլյան պատերազմով ամենավերին աստիճանի լրջացավ «տարածքներ՝ ոչ մի բանի դիմաց» բանաձևը»,-ասաց նա։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ երեկ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Սերժ Սարգսյանին՝ ձայանգրությունը հրապարակելու համար, քանի որ այն հնարավորություն է տալիս բացելու ամբողջ խոսակցությունը։
