Գեղարքունիքում ընտրակաշառք տալու և ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ քրգործ է հարուցվել, 2 անձ բերման է ենթարկվել
POLITICS2021թ. հունիսի 9-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության Գավառի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ հունիսի 20-ին կայանալիք ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցություններից մեկի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից Գավառի տարածաշրջանի ընտրողներին բնամթերային տեսքով կաշառք է տրվել՝ նշված կուսակցության օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու համար:
Նյութերի նախապատրաստմամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2021թ. հունիսի 8-ին՝ ժամը 21:20-ի սահմաններում, այդ կուսակցության Գավառի տարածքային գրասենյակի ղեկավար Ա. Ա.-ն ընտրողներին կաշառք տալու համար նույն գրասենյակի քարտուղար Ս. Զ.-ի՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գավառ քաղաքում գտնվող բնակարան է տեղափոխել շուրջ 80 փաթեթ սննդամթերք՝ հանձնարարելով նրան ըստ ցուցակի բաժանել ընտրողներին:
2021թ. հունիսի 9-ի առավոտից սկսած՝ Ս. Զ.-ն, ըստ ցուցակի, 8 ընտրողների որպես կաշառք տվել է մեկական փաթեթ սննդամթերք՝ յուրաքանչյուրը մոտ 7000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողության՝ կուսակցության օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու համար:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առերևույթ առկա են մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ երկու և ավելի ընտրողներին կաշառք տալու և ստանալու հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության Գավառի բաժնում դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և նույն հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում Ա. Ա.-ն և Ս.Զ.-ն բերման են ենթարկվել Ոստիկանության գավառի բաժին: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում նշված հանցավոր արարքներում նաև այլ անձանց հնարավոր ներգրավվածությունը պարզելու նպատակով:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
