2020-ի նոյեմբերի 10-ին Շուշիի մոտակայքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից գերեվարված լիբանանահայ Վիգեն Էուլջեքյանին դատում են Բաքվում: Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնում են, որ առաջին նիստը տեղի կունենա այսօր Բաքվի ռազմական դատարանում։

Լիբանանի քաղաքացի Վիգեն Էուլջեքյանը (ծնվ. 1979 թ.) մեղադրվում է որպես վարձկան ռազմական գործողություններին մասնակցելու համար: Այսպիսի մեղադրանքի համար հիմք է հանդիսացել գերեվարվածի քաղաքացիությունը:

Նշենք, որ ոչ միայն Էուլջեքյանը, այլ նաև հայկական Սփյուռքի մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ պատերազմի օրերին կամավորագրվել էին և մեկնել ռազմաճակատ՝ հայրենիքի պաշտպանության գործին մասնակցելու համար։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները դատական ​​գործեր են հարուցել մի քանի տասնյակ գերեվարված հայերի նկատմամբ։

Վիգեն Էուլջեքյանը Լիբանանից է, տնտեսական և քաղաքական բարդ իրավիճակի պատճառով տեղափոխվել էր Հայաստան և 2017-ին դիմել քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար։ 2019-ից Վիգենը Հայաստանում տաքսի էր վարում, ինչպես նաև զբոսաշրջիկների էր տեղափոխում։

Նոյեմբերի 10-ին Վիգեն Էուլջեքյանը և Մարալ Նաջարյանը մեկնել էին Շուշի՝ հյուրանոցից իրեր վերցնելու։ Քաղաք տանող ճանապարհին նրանց կանգնեցրել են ադրբեջանցիներն ու գերեվարել, այնուհետև ավտոբուսով տեղափոխել Բաքու, նույն տրանսպորտային միջոցի մեջ եղել են նաև Հայաստանի այլ քաղաքացիներ։

Ավելի ուշ Մարալ Նաջարյանը ազատ է արձակվել և վերադարձել տուն՝ Բեյրութ։
