ԱԱԾ-ի բացահայտումը․ խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցներ՝ սրբապատկերներում
VIDEOՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնտեսական անվտանգության և կոռուպցիայի հակազդման դեպարտամենտի ծառայողները 2021 թվականի մայիսի 11-ին Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի Ա. Ա-ի կողմից բեռնափոխադրող ընկերությանը հանձնված և Ճապոնիա ուղարկվող առաքանիում հայտնաբերել են երկու սրբապատկերներ, որոնց բաղադրության մեջ հայտնաբերվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի մեթամֆետամին՝ «Կրիստալ» տեսակի թմրամիջոց:
Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության և իրացնելու նպատակով ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործով քննչական խմբի, ինչպես նաև ԱԱԾ տնտեսական անվտանգության և կոռուպցիայի հակազդման դեպարտամենտի ծառայողների արհեստավարժ գործողությունների, առկա վարկածների ստուգման արդյունքում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի Հ.Կ-ին պատկանող՝ Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում գտնվող բնակարաններից մեկում 2021 թվականի հունիսի 2-ին կատարված խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել են ևս երեք նույնատիպ սրբապատկերներ, որոնց բաղադրության մեջ հայտնաբերվել է մեթամֆետամին տեսակի թմրամիջոց:
Արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված թմրամիջոցները քողարկված ձևով՝ սրբապատկերների բաղադրությանը խառնված վիճակում, մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցնելով, 2021 թվականի մայիսին Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունից բեռնատարներով ՀՀ են տեղափոխել ԻԻՀ մի շարք քաղաքացիներ, որոնք պատրաստվել են մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով արտահանել ՀՀ-ից:
ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական համալիր միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերված մեթամֆետամին տեսակի՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցի ընդհանուր քաշը կազմել է շուրջ 7 կգ:
Նշված հանցագործությունների կատարման կասկածանքով ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձերբակալվել, այնուհետև կալանավորվել են ԻԻՀ 4 քաղաքացիներ, հայտնաբերված սրբապատկերներն ուղարկվել են դատաքիմիական փորձաքննության, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով ՀՀ տարածք թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի ներմուծման սխեմայում ներգրավված անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
