«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երեկ պաշտոնապես մեկնարկեց նախընտրական քարոզարշավը, և քաղաքական ուժերը, արդեն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, սկսել են գնալ հանրության «դուռը»՝ քվե ստանալու։ Իշխանական կուսակցությունն իր քարոզարշավը մեկնարկեց Արմավիրի մարզից: Հանդիպումները, մեղմ ասած, մարդաշատ չէին։
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ինչպես նախորդ մարզային այցերի ժամանակ, այս դեպքում էլ, բացի այն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր հետ «շրջիկ խմբեր» էր տարել՝ մարդաքանակ ու «մասսովկա» ապահովելու համար, նախօրեին էլ հանձնարարական է իջեցվել պետական հիմնարկներին՝ դպրոցներ, հիվանդանոցներ, բուժամբուլատորիաներ, մանկապարտեզներ և այլն, անպայման ներկայություն ապահովել այդ հանդիպումներին։ Փորձագիտական շրջանակներն արդեն իսկ արձանագրում են, որ իշխանությունն օգտագործում է վարչական բոլոր հնարավորությունները՝ հիմա իր համար ցանկալի աուրա ստեղծելու, հետո արդեն՝ որոշակի արդյունք ապահովելու նպատակով։
Ի դեպ, երեկվա հանդիպումները աչքի ընկան նաև ծայրահեղ դրսևորումներով, որոնք ցույց տվեցին, որ այս իշխանություններն այնքան սարսափած են իրենց անխուսափելի հեռացմամբ, որ այլևս նրանց նյարդերը տեղի են տալիս ամեն մի փոքր դրվագից: Մասնավորաբար, երեկ տեղեկություններ տարածվեցին, որ «Նիկոլ դավաճան» վանկարկած քաղաքացուն Փաշինյանին ուղեկցողները այն աստիճան ծեծի են ենթարկել, որ նրան տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոց:
