Գերեվարված հայ զինծառայողներին վերադարձնելու հարցում հայկական կողմի քայլերը նկատելի չեն. «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի Արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության տնօրենի նախկին տեղակալ, Խծաբերդից գերեվարված շիրակցի զինծառայողների վերադարձի հարցում ներգրավված Բորիս Ավագյանը։ 

Ռազմագերիները, ըստ Ավագյանի, կարող են հայրենիք վերադառնալ ռուսական կողմի ջանքերով։

«Հայկական կողմն անում է այնպես, որ գերեվարված վեց զինծառայողները չվերադառնան»,- ասաց Ավագյանը։
Անդրադառնալով տեղեկություններին, թե եռակողմ բանակցությունները տապալվել են, սակայն ՀՀ ՊՆ-ից վստահեցնում են, որ բանակցությունները վերսկսվել են՝Ավագյանը հիշեցրեց, որ յոթ ամիս է՝ իշխանությունները նույն տեղեկություններն են հարազատներին փոխանցում և արդյունք ցույց չեն տալիս։

«Եթե կարողանան համոզել մեզ, որ բանակցությունները չեն տապալվել, ուրեմն ուզում ենք գերիների վերադարձը տեսնենք։ Եթե խոսենք Խծաբերդից գերեվարված շիրակցիների հարազատների հետ՝ յոթ ամիս է խոստանում են, որ հեսա բանակցությունները լինելու են, հեսա բոլորը վերադառնալու են և այլն։ Անցել է յոթ ամիս, ՌԴ ջանքերով վերադարձել է նրանցից ութ հոգի, ո՞ւր են մնացածը, կարո՞ղ են վերադարձնել, թե չեն կարող»։

Գործող իշխանությունները, ըստ Ավագյանի, նպատակահարմար են գտնում որևէ հստակ քայլի չդիմել, միևնույն ժամանակ, երբ արդյունքներ չկան, Արսեն Թորոսյանը հայտարարում է, որ բանակցությունները շատ լավ են ընթացել։ Ավագյանը պնդում է՝ բանակցությունները դրական կավարտվեն, երբ գերեվարվածների մի խումբը կվերադառնա հայրենիք։

«Մնացածը պոթետիկա է։ Տաֆտալոգիական խոսակցություններից հոգնել ենք։ Մենք երեք տարի է գործող իշխանություններից լսում ենք տաֆտալոգիա ու արդեն բոլորս կուշտ ենք։ Հիմա մի բան ենք ուզում՝ երեխաները վերադառնան ՀՀ, մնացածը՝ թե խոսում են, բանակցում են՝ մեզ հետաքրքիր չէ»։

Ավագյանը նշեց նաև, որ տվյալ պահին պետք է պահանջել ՀՀ-ում ցմահ դատապարտված երկու սիրիացի ահաբեկիչների վերաբերյալ համաձայնություն տալ, որպեսզի փոխանակեն Բաքվում պահվող անձանց հետ։ Այս պահին սա պրակտիկ քայլ է համարում, որը պետք է անել մինչև ընտրությունների անցկացումը, մինչև հունիսի 20-ից հետո կգա նոր ղեկավարություն ու պատշաճ ձևով կզբաղվեն այս հարցով։

«Երբ իշխանությունները ծնողներին ներկայացնում են, որ երկու սիրիացի ահաբեկիչները, որոնք գտնվում են մեր մոտ, Ադրբեջանին պետք չեն, ես ասում եմ, որ եթե չեն կարողանում նրանք փոխանակել, ես կարող եմ։ Թող հաստատեն, որ պատրաստ են նրանց փոխանակել, ես ՌԴ միջնորդությանը կդիմեմ և կպայմանավորվեմ ռուսական կողմի հետ, որ նրանց փոխանակենք»։

Դիտարկմանը, որ Բաքվում մեր քաղաքացիների դատավարության օր է նշանակված, արդյոք հնարավոր է գործողությունների դիմել, Ավագյանը նշեց, որ կարծում է՝ գործող իշխանությունները պետք է վստահեցնեն, որ պատրաստ են փոխանակման և սկսեն գործընթացով զբաղվել։

Տեղեկություներին, որ գերեվարված շիրակցիների հարազատները կրկին կդիմեն կառավարություն, ՀՀ-ում գործող դիվանագիտական ու միջազգային կառույցներին, Ավագյանը նշեց, որ դրանք ապարդյուն են լինելու։

«Չգիտեմ որքանով դա արդյունավետ պետք է լինի, կարծում եմ տվյալ պահին պետք է պահանջել սիրիացիների վերաբերյալ համաձայնության տալ, որպեսզի փոխանակեն՝ սա պրակտիկ քայլն է, որ մինչև մեր ընտրությունների անցկացումը պետք է կատարել»։
