Նիկոլիզմից հրաժարվելը և նրա վտանգները բացատրելը դարձել է ազգային անվտանգության հարց
BLOGՆիկոլիզմից հրաժարվելը և նրա դավադիր վտանգները բացատրելն այսօր դարձել են ազգային անվտանգության հարց: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ՊՆ նախկին փոխնախարար Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
«Խավարն անվերջ անիծելու փոխարեն,մեկ մոմ վառիր՝ շուրջդ լուսավորելու համար: Շեքսպիրյան այս ոճով է պետք հաղթել նիկոլիզմին։
Նիկոլի հույսը՝ անգրագիտությունը, նյութապաշտությունն ու խավարամտությունն է։
Այն գոյություն ունի աշխարհի բոլոր երկրներում։ Եթե աշխարհում չլիներ անգրագիտությունն ու խավարամտությունը՝ չէին լինի ապստամբություններ, գունավոր հեղափոխություններ, արաբական գարուններ և այլն։ Օրինակ՝ ըստ Լոնդոնում հրատարակվող համաարաբական «Ալ Հայյաթ» թերթի, արաբական երկրներում, 15 տարեկանից բարձր տարիքի բնակչության մոտ, անգրագիտությունը երկու անգամ ավելի բարձր է մյուս երկրներից՝ շուրջ 43 տոկոս։
Ըստ տարբեր ուսումնասիրությունների՝ Հայաստանում ֆունկցիոնալ անգրագիտությունը (երբ չի իրացվել տվյալ անձի կրթության իրավունքը) կազմում է շուրջ 20%։
2018-21թթ. մենք տեսանք նաև պետության գլոբալ անվտանգության համար՝ կրթական ցածր մակարդակի սպառնալիքը։
Հենց միայն այն հանգամանքը, որ անգրագետ անձը իր անվտանգությունը կարող է վստահել երկրի անվտանգությունը բացարձակ ձախողած նիկոլին, դա արդեն իսկ ազգային անվտանգության լրջագույն սպառնալիք է։
Հետևաբար՝ յուրաքանչյուր մարդ պետք է իր վրա վերցնի Նիկոլի 20%-ոց ընտրազանգվածից ցանկացած մեկի նախընտրությունը փոխելու ծանր, բայց անչափ կարևոր աշխատանքը։
Այսօր, եթե ձեզ հաջողվի Նիկոլին ընտրող որևէ մեկի կարծիքը փոխել, և վստահ լինեք, որ նա այլևս նիկոլիզմ չի ընտրելու, ապա հանգիստ կարող եք ասել, որ դուք փրկել եք ոչ միայն այդ անգրագետ մարդուն, այլ նաև իր նման շատերի կյանքն ու ապագան։
Նիկոլիզմից հրաժարվելը և նրա դավադիր վտանգները բացատրելն այսօր դարձել են ազգային անվտանգության հարց։

Մենք պարտավոր ենք դա անել, որովհետև նիկոլիզմի երկրորդ ալիքից հետո՝ Հայաստան այլև չի լինի»,- գրել է նա։
