Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը հանդիպել է Երևանի Էրեբունի համայնքի քաղաքացիների հետ:

«Յուրաքանչյուր ընտրություն իշխանության համար այն պահն է, երբ նա պետք է ներկայացնի կատարած աշխատանքը, ինչ ցուցանիշների են հասել, որքանո՞վ է բարելավվել մարդկանց կյանքը, որքանո՞վ են լուծվել երկրի անվտանգության հարցերը։ Իսկ ընդդիմության համար սա այն պահն է, երբ նա կարող է մատնանշել իշխանության սխալները, համոզել ժողովրդին ճիշտ ընտրություն կատարելու համար»,- Երևանի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի քաղաքացիների հետ հանդիպմանն ասել է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ, «Հայաստան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։

«Ինչպես պետք է այս իշխանությունը համոզի մարդկանց, որ նրանց կյանքը բարելավվել է, որ երկիրն ավելի անվտանգ է, որ տնտեսությունը զարգանում է։ Մեր երկրում իրականում բոլոր ցուցանիշներն անկում են ապրել, բացի երկու ցուցանիշից՝ աղքատության մակարդակն է աճել և գերեզմանների թիվը։ Համոզված եմ, որ բոլորդ մեծ հույսեր էիք կապում։ Ի՞նչ է անում հիմա այս իշխանությունը։ Փորձում են կիրառել տարբեր հնարքներ՝ հակառակորդի վրա կեղտ լցնելու համար։ Երբ մարդ ասելիք չի ունենում, սա դառնում է նրա միակ գործիքը», – նշել է նախագահը։

Իր հերթին «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանն ավելացրել է, որ ընդամենը երկու օրից մեկնարկում է քարոզարշավը, և անհրաժեշտ է մոբիլիզացնել բոլոր ռեսուրսները, որպեսզի ապացուցենք, որ Հայաստանի բնակչության գերակշիռ մասը գիտակից մարդիկ են։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին ուղղված մի շարք հարցերի թվում էր «Մեղրին տալու» հայտնի թեզը, որը շրջանառվում է տարիներ շարունակ։ «Մեղրիի հարցով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից պաշտոնական առաջարկ չի եղել ընդհանրապես։ Իմ նախագահության ժամանակ ես ստացել եմ երեք առաջարկ․ մեկը եղել է ընդհանուր պետություն ստեղծելու մասին, մեկը՝ Քի Վեստի գործընթացը, երբ Հեյդար Ալիևը վերջին պահին չստորագրեց, և վերջինը, այսպես կոչված, Մադրիդյան սկզբունքներն էին։ Պաշտոնական այլ առաջարկ չի եղել։

Մեղրիի փոխանակման առաջարկը եղել է Ալիևի կողմից։ Այդ պատճառով ես հիմա շատ զգույշ եմ վերաբերում միջանցք բառին, որովհետև նրանց նպատակը շատ ավելի լայն է, քան այն, ինչ առաջին հայացքից կարող է թվալ։ Առաջարկը եղել է Ալիևի կողմից, բայց պաշտոնական ձևակերպում չի ստացել, որովհետև մեր պատասխանը եղել է հետևյալը․ մենք չենք կարող կորցնել Իրանի հետ սահմանը։ Սա շատ հասկանալի ու համոզիչ պատասխան էր։ Սակայն նա, այնուամենայնիվ, միջնորդների միջոցով փորձում էր առաջ տանել այդ գաղափարը, բայց Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում սա քննարկման առարկա չի դարձել։

Մեղրիի հարցը հիմա փորձում են կապել հոկտեմբերի 27-ի հետ, իբր Վազգեն Սարգսյանն ու Կարեն Դեմիճյանը դրան կտրուկ դեմ էին։ Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստին այս հարցը երբեք չի քննարկվել։ Եթե նրանք դեմ էին, թվում է, թե նրանցից հետո այդ առաջարկը պետք է իրականություն դառնար։ Բայց այն ընդհանրապես կորավ։ Որևէ տրամաբանություն այստեղ չկա»,- ասել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։
