Գերմանիայի երկաթուղային ոլորտն ամբողջությամբ անցում է կատարելու վերականգնվող էներգիայով աշխատանքին, որի շնորհիվ մինչև 2038 թվականը կկրճատվի վտանգավոր արտանետումների քանակը, գրում է գերմանական Deutsche Welle-ի ռուսական ծառայությունը:
Գերմանիայի գլխավոր ազգային երկաթուղային օպերատորը ՝ Deutsche Bahn (DB) կոնցեռնը, մտադիր է առաջիկա 17 տարվա ընթացքում բոլոր արագընթաց գնացքների սնուցումը փոխել վերականգնվող աղբյուրների՝ արևի, քամու, կենսազանգվածի և ջրի։ Կոնցեռնն արդեն 30 տարվա պայմանագիր է կնքել Enerparc ընկերության հետ՝ արևային էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման համար։
Հայտնի է, որ մի քանի տարի առաջ գերմանական մի քանի արագընթաց գնացքեր արդեն իսկ անցել էին էլեկտրաէներգիայով աշխատանքի:
