Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիներից 14-ը կկանգնեն Բաքվի ծանր հանցագործությունների դատարանի առջև

Ադրբեջանում գտնվող հայ գերիների քրեական գործը վարույթ է ընդունվել, հայտնում է minval.az-ը` մանրամասնելով, որ Բաքուն նրանց որակում է «դիվերսանտ» և մեղադրում «ահաբեկչության, սադրանքների և այլ հացանքների» համար:
14 հայի դեմ քրեական գործը քննվելու է Բաքվի ծանր հանցագործությունների դատարանում՝ դատավոր Աֆղան Հաջիևի վարույթում: Դատարանի նախապատրաստական նիստը տեղի կունենա առաջիկա օրերին:
Նշվում է, որ Հրաչ Արզումանի Ավագյանի, Գեղամ Սամվելի Սերոբյանի և մյուսների (ընդհանուր 14 մարդ) նկատմամբ մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացվել Ադրբեջանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 214.2.1, 214.2.3 (ահաբեկչություն, որը նախնական դավադրությամբ կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց, կազմակերպված խմբի կամ հանցավոր միության (հանցավոր կազմակերպություն) կողմից՝ հրազենի և որպես զենք օգտագործվող առարկաների օգտագործմամբ), 228.3 (կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից զենքի, դրանց համար նախատեսված բաղադրիչների, զինամթերքի, պայթուցիկ նյութերի և պայթուցիկ սարքերի ապօրինի ձեռքբերում, տեղափոխում, վաճառք, պահում, փոխադրում կամ կրում), 279.2 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությամբ չնախատեսված զինված կազմավորումների կամ խմբերի ստեղծում, այդ կազմավորումների կամ խմբերի կազմում ձեռնարկությունների, հիմնարկների, կազմակերպությունների կամ անհատների վրա հարձակում) և 318.2 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի` նախնական դավադրությամբ անօրինական հատում մի խումբ անձանց կամ կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից) հոդվածներով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հայկական կողմի տվյալներով` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում պատերազմի ավարտից հետո Ադրբեջանում շարունակում է պահվել մոտ 200 հայ գերի: Մինչդեռ Բաքուն հայտարարում է, որ բոլոր ռազմագերիներին վերադարձրել է եռակողմ հայտարարության համաձայն, իսկ ներկայում պահվող հայ գերիներին համարում է «ահաբեկիչ» և «դիվերսանտ»:
