Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առաջին անգամ խոսեց զոհված զինծառայողների մարմինների վերաբերյալ սկանդալի մասին
POLITICSՆախորդ օրերին մենք շատ ծանր տեսարանների ականատես եղանք: Կառավարության նիստի մեկնարկին հայտարարեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ խոսելով զոհված զինծառայողների մարմինների վերաբերյալ միջադեպի մասին:
Ապա կառավարության ղեկավարը դիմեց Առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանին՝ ցանկանալով իմանալ, թե ոլորտում ինչ է արվել առհասարակ այս ընթացքում և ինչ է արվելու:
Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը, ով ակնհայտ պատրաստվել էր այս հարցին, սկսեց պարտաճանաչ աշակերտի նման, դողացող ձայնով ընթերցել, թե ինչ է արվել ոլորտում, որքան սառնարան է կառուցվել և այլն:
Ավանեսյանի խոսքից հետո Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ համակարգ բյուջեն 2019 թվականին 2018 թվականի հետ համեմատած ավելացել է 32 տոկոսով, 2020 թվականին՝ 63 տոկոսով. «Այս ամենի արդյունքում ունեցանք այն տեսարանը, որն ունենք: Որովհետև մենք փոխում ենք համակարգը, բայց մարդուն փոխելն այդքան էլ հեշտ գործ չէ: Այստեղ կարևորը մտածողության խնդիրն է:
Հայաստանում այդպիսի համակարգ ընդհանրապես չի եղել 2018 թվականից առաջ: Մենք սկսել ենք այդ համակարգի հիմնադրումը:
Առաջին սեկվենատորը, որով արվում են ԴՆԹ հետազոտությունները 2018 թվականին Հայաստանում չի եղել: Հայաստանում ԴՆԹ հետազոտություն չի արվել: 2018 թվականից հետո առաջին սարքը եղել է, երկրորդը ձեռք ենք բերել պատերազմից հետոկ, երբ ծավալները հասկանալի են դարձել: Սա է կառավարության վերաբերմունքը»,-ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ միջադեպի հետ կապ ունեցող մարդիկ ազատվել են աշխատանքից:
