Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի Արևելյան մաքսատուն-վարչության Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետում հունիսի 1-ից աշխույժ եռուզեռ է. կանոնավոր բեռնափոխադրումներին զուգահեռ վերականգնվել է նաև ուղևորափոխադրումների հոսքը: Վրաստանը օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների համար բացել է ցամաքային սահմանները, որոնք կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի պատճառով փակվել էին 2020 թվականի մարտից: ՊԵԿ Արևելյան մաքսատուն-վարչության Բագրատաշենի մաքսային-կետ բաժնի պետի ժ/պ Հայկ Ավետիսյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետը առավոտյան ժամը 10-ից  սկսել է սպասարկել Հայաստանից Վրաստան մեկնող և հակառակ ուղղությամբ ժամանող քաղաքացիներին: Ուղևորների հոսքի ավելացման դեպքում մաքսակետը պատրաստ է 24 ժամյա ռեժիմով, պատշաճ մակարդակով իրականացնել օրենքով վերապահված մաքսային գործառույթները` մատուցելով որակյալ և արագ սպասարկում:

Նշենք, որ Վրաստան ժամանող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները սահմանը հատելուց առաջ պետք է առցանց դիմում լրացնեն: Իսկ երկիր  մուտք գործել հնարավոր կլինի՝ լիարժեք պատվաստման (երկու դեղաչափ) փաստաթղթի և միաժամանակ PCR թեստի բացասական պատասխանի առկայության դեպքում կամ միայն վերջին 72 ժամվա ընթացքում արված PCR թեստի բացասական պատասխանով: Այս դեպքում, սակայն, քաղաքացիները ստիպված կլինեն ևս մեկ թեստ հանձնել արդեն Վրաստանում՝ երկիր մուտք գործելուց հետո 72 ժամվա ընթացքում: 

Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետում հունիսի 1-ին սպասարկվել է շուրջ 220 քաղաքացի: Հայ-վրացական սահմանով քաղաքացիների տեղաշարժը իրականացվում է նաև Բավրայի մաքսակետով: Անցակետերը բաց են ամեն օր՝ ժամը 10։00-ից մինչև 20։00-ն։ 

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հիշեցնում է քաղաքացիներին, որ  թուրքական ծագման ապրանքների ժամանակավոր ներմուծման արգելքը տարածվում է ոչ միայն իրավաբանական, այլև Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ժամանող ֆիզիկական անձանց անձնական օգտագործման ապրանքների նկատմամբ: «ՀՀ ժամանող քաղաքացիներին հորդորում ենք իրենց ուղեբեռներում չունենալ թուրքական ծագման անձնական օգագործման ապրանքներ և զերծ մնալ արգելված ապրանքների ներմուծումից` հետագայում խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար»,-նշում է Հայկ Ավետիսյանը:

Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետում անդրադառնում են նաև օտարերկրյա, այդ թվում՝ թուրքական համարանիշերով բեռնատար տրանսպորտային միջոցների Հայաստան մուտքի խնդրին, ընդգծելով, որ մաքսային մարմինն իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում իրականացնում է խիստ վերահսկողություն: Հայկ Ավետիսյանի վստահեցմամբ՝ օտարերկրյա, այդ թվում թուրքական բեռնատարներով ապրանքների ներկրման դեպքում մաքսային մարմինը հետևում է բացառապես տրանսպորտային միջոցներում առկա ապրանքների մաքսային ընթացակարգի պատշաճ կատարման ընթացքին. «Իսկ տրանսպորտային միջոցի և այն տնօրինող անձի սահմանահատումների հետ կապված սահմանափակումների հարցը ՊԵԿ տիրույթից դուրս է, և ըստ էության,  չկան այդպիսի սահմանափակումներ: Թուրքական բեռնատարներով, օրինակ, կարող են միջազգային բեռնափոխադրումներ իրականացվել, ու  բացարձակ պարտադիր չէ,  որ այդ ներմուծումը լինի հենց Թուրքիայից, այն կարող է լինել ցանկացած այլ պետությունից»:

Մաքսակետում օր օրի ավելանում է բեռնատար տրանսպորտային միջոցների հոսքը: 2021թ. հունվար-մայիս ամիսներին մաքսակետով սահմանը հատել է ավելի քան 70 հազար բեռնատար, թողունակությունը ամսական միջինը կազմել է մոտ 15 հազար մեքենա:
