ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը՝ «Գրին քարտի» խաղարկության արդյունքների, ԱՄՆ մեկնելու հնարավորության մասին

2021 թ․-ի հայտատուի կարգավիճակի ստուգում

DV-2021թ․-ի համար հայտատուները պետք է մինչև 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ը այս կայքի միջոցով ստուգեն իրենց մուտքի կարգավիճակը: DV-2021-ի համար գրանցման ժամանակահատվածը 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 2-ից մինչև 2019 թվականի նոյեմբերի 5-ն էր:

2022թ․-ի հայտատուի կարգավիճակի ստուգում

DV-2022-ի համար հայտատուները իրենց հաստատման տեղեկատվությունը կարող են 2021 թ.-ի մայիսի 8-ի կեսօրից սկսած մուտքագրել ստորև նշված հղումով: DV-2022-ի համար գրանցման ժամանակահատվածը 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 7-ից մինչև 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ն էր: DV-2022-ի համար հայտատուները պետք է իրենց հաստատման համարը պահեն առնվազն մինչև 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ը:

Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատնից Իրավաբան.net-ը տեղեկանում է, որ Երևանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան հյուպատոսական բաժինը գրին քարտի կամ մշտական կացության քարտի կորստյան կամ ժամկետը լրանալու դեպքում այն չի կարող տեղում փոխարինել: Փոխարինելու կամ նորը թողարկելու համար անհրաժեշտ է վերադառնալ Միացյալ Նահանգներ և նոր գրին քարտի ստացման դիմում ներկայացնել Ներգաղթի ու քաղաքացիության ծառայությանը: Պահանջվում է լրացնել I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card ձևը և կատարել պահանջվող վճարումը: Մանրամասն տեղեկությունների համար տես՝ uscis.gov/I-90:

Այնուհանդերձ, ԱՄՆ-ից դուրս գտնվելու ժամանակահատվածով պայմանավորված՝ հյուպատոսական պաշտոնյան կարող է գրին քարտի գողանալու կամ կորստյան դեպքերում տրամադրել ժամանակավոր ճամփորդական փաստաթուղթ, որը ավիափոխադրողները կընդունեն որպես ԱՄՆ կացության իրավունքը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ ԱՄՆ վերադառնալու համար: Այս փաստաթուղթը ԱՄՆ մշտական բնակչի կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձին հնարավորություն է տալիս փոխադրում իրականացնող ընկերությանը ցույց տալ, որ իրավասու է հասնել Միացյալ Նահանգների ցանկացած սահմանային անցակետ, որտեղ որոշում կընդունվի ԱՄՆ նրա մուտքը արտոնելու մասին: Այն ԱՄՆ մուտք գործելու կամ մուտքը պայմանականորեն թույլ տալու երաշխիք չէ: ԱՄՆ սահմանային անցակետ ժամանելուն պես Մաքսային ու սահմանային պաշտպանության ծառայությունը կկատարի բոլոր անհրաժեշտ ստուգումները և որոշում կկայացնի տվյալ անձին ընդունելու կամ մուտքը պայմանական թույլատրելու մասին:
