Նոր տուգանքներ՝ վարորդների համար
SOCIETYՎարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքում նոր լրացումներ են կատարվել։ Նոր տուգանքներ են սահմանվել ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների վաճառքի վայրի կազմակերպման պահանջները խախտելու և վաճառքի և վարձույթի նպատակով ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցը չսահմանված վայրում կայանելու համար։
Իրավաբան․net-ը հայտնում է, որ ընդունված օրենքը ուժի մեջ է մտնելու հունիսի 1-ին։
Այսպիսով, ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների վաճառքի վայրի՝ օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված պահանջները խախտելն առևտրի իրականացման վայրի կազմակերպչի կողմից՝ առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում՝ 20-40 հազար դրամի չափով:
Եթե նշված արարքը կրկին կատարվի վարչական տույժ նշանակելու օրվանից հետո՝ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում, ապա այն կառաջացնի տուգանքի նշանակում՝ 500-700 հազար դրամի չափով:
Վաճառքի և վարձույթի նպատակով ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցը վաճառքի և վարձույթի համար չսահմանված վայրում կայանելը ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցի սեփականատիրոջ համար անձը կտուգանվի 10 հազար դրամի չափով:
Եթե արարքը կրկին կատարվել է վարչական տույժի միջոց կիրառելուց երեք օր հետո՝ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում` առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում`30 հազար դրամի չափով:
