ՄԻԵԴ-ը մինչև հունիսի 4-ը ժամանակ է տվել Ադրբեջանին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանն Ադրբեջանին մինչև հունիսի 4-ը ժամանակ է տվել տեղեկություններ տրամադրելու Գեղարքունիքի մարզի սահմանային հատվածում գերեվարված վեց հայ զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին: Նրանց հիմնարար իրավունքների ապահովման պահանջով Հայաստանը մայիսի 27-ին դիմել է Ստրասբուրգի դատարան: Կարմիր խաչի Բաքվի գրասենյակից գերեվարված զինծառայողներին դեռ չեն այցելել:
Հայաստանում Կարմիր խաչի հաղորդակցման ծրագրերի ղեկավարը «Լուրերին» ասել է, որ ամենօրյա երկխոսություն են իրականացնում երկու երկրի իշխանության հետ՝ գերիների տեսակցությունն ապահովելու համար: Կարմիր խաչի ներկայացուցիչներն Ադրբեջանում պահվող մյուս ռազմագերիներին և քաղաքացիական անձանց այցելել են, նրանց փոխանցել ծնողների տեսաուղերձները:
Զառա Ամատունի (Հայաստանում ԿԽՄԿ պատվիրակության հաղորդակցման ծրագրերի ղեկավար) - Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն կողմերի հետ այս պահին գտնվում է երկխոսության մեջ: Իշխանությունների հետ քննարկում ենք այս հարցը, և այս պահին սա է ընթացքը: Նման դեպքերի համար նախատեսված ընթացակարգ է, երբ ներգրավված կողմերում ստանում ենք պաշտոնական հաստատում կամ դիմում՝ գերեվարման փաստի կապակցությամբ: Այս փաստի հիման վրա սկսվում է երկխոսություն, որը նախատեսում է մեր կողմից դիմում՝ անհապաղ այցելելու տվյալ անձանց: Այցի գլխավոր նպատակն է գրանցել այս անձանց, հետո սկսել պարբերաբար տեսակցել՝ ստուգելու համար նրանց պահման պայմանները, նրանց նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքը, նաև օգնել՝ կապ հաստատելու մարդկանց հետ:
