Օգնում և օժանդակում են այն պետություններին, որոնք գործուն քայլեր են ձեռնարկում իրենց անվտանգությունը պաշտպանելու համար, մինչդեռ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունը գնում է թուրքին անընդհատ զիջելու կործանարար ճանապարհով: Այս արձանագրումը «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Խաչիկ Ասրյանն է արել՝ փաշինյանական իշխանությանը բնորոշելով «ցռան վերգո» մականունով։ Ըստ Խաչիկ Ասրյանի, Հայաստանի գործող թրքապաշտ իշխանությունը փաստացի հրաժարվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանների և Հայ Ժողովրդի պաշտպանության՝ սահմանադրական իր պարտականությունից, թաքնվելով իրավիճակը չսրելու և պատերազմից խուսափելու պարտվողական հռետորաբանության հետևում, պետության սահմանները պաշտպանելու կոչերով, դիմում է ՀԱՊԿ-ին և Ռուսաստանին:

«Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդը կարծում է, թե սրանով Փաշինյանն ամենևին էլ նպատակ չի հետապնդում աջակցություն ստանալու, այլ հստակ հանձնարարություն ունի՝ վարկաբեկել ՀԱՊԿ ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքը, արժեզրկել Հայաստան - Ռուսաստան ռազմավարական համագործակցությունը:

Ասրյանը հիշատակում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին է դիմել ոչ թե այդ կազմակերպության չորրորդ, այլ երկրորդ հոդվածով, որը նախատեսում է ոչ թե ռազմական օգնության տրամադրում, այլ՝ խորհրդակցությունների անցկացում: Արցախյան երեք պատերազմների ակտիվ մասնակից Խաչիկ Ասրյանը արձանագրում է, որ Հայաստանի ապազգային իշխանություններն առաջնորդվում են ոչ թե մեր ազգային պետական շահերով, այլ՝ մեր թշնամի պետություններից իջեցված հրահանգներով, որոնք մեր Հայաստանը տանում են կործանման և ոչնչացման:

Ուստի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից ազատվելը համազգային հրամայական է, որը հնարավոր է իրականացնել համազգային համախմբման ճանապարհով:
