Դատարանը փակեց խայտառակ էջը․ նոր սրման շեմին Պատրոն Դավոյի կալանքը աբսուրդ էր

Օրեր առաջ հանգուցալուծվեց վերջին շրջանի ամենասկանդալային քրեական գործերից մեկը, ազատ արձակվեց Դավիթ Գալստյանը՝ հայտնի Պատրոն Դավիթ մականունով, այս վճռով հայաստանյան դատարանը փակեց 44-օրյա պատերազմում պարտության արհեստական մեղավորներ կարգելու էջը։
Ըստ էության, այս ժամանակահատվածը հասարակության համար լավ առիթ էր որոնողական համակարգերում փնտրել և գտնել ստվերային այդ գործչի գործունեության մանրամասները։ Ստվերային, քանի որ զենքի մատակարարումներով զբաղվող գործարարը հրապարակային դեմք չէ, իսկ զենքի առևտուրն էլ շոու-բիզնես չէ։ Թեպետ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ արել էին՝ իրավիճակը շոուի վերածելու համար։ Նոր պատերազմի շեմին կանգնած Հայաստանի համար կարևոր է, որ Դավիթ Գալստյանի պես մարդիկ ոչ թե հանիրավի մեղադրանքներով կալանավորված լինեն, այլ հնարավորություն ունենան ազատ գործել, թարմացնեն իրենց կապերը, վերականգնեն երկրի՝ պատերազմի հետևանքով կորսված զենքի ու զինամթերքի պաշարները։
Հիշեցնենք, խոսքը մի մարդու մասին է, որը, ըստ մամուլի տեղեկությունների, պատերազմի օրերին իր անձնական միջոցներով ձեռք էր բերել երկու ԻԼ-76 ինքնաթիռ և իր թիմով 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով կազմակերպել զենք-զինամթերքի տեղափոխություն: Ընդ որում, խոսքը զենքի առքուվաճառքի մասին չէ, այլ տեղափոխման կազմակերպման՝ 180-ից ավելի թռիչքների միջոցով: Նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն էր անդրադարձել Դավիթ Գալստյանին՝ նշելով, որ նա Ռուսաստանում զենք ու զինամթերք է գնել և տեղափոխել Հայաստան: Սա Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կողմից որակվել էր որպես հանցագործություն, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ «կոնտրաբանդա»: Թշնամական երկրի ղեկավարի նման արձագանքը, երևի թե, ինքնին բնական էր: Բնական չէր, որ նույն գծի մեջ են Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները, որոնք մեղադրանքի անհեթեթության պայմաններում շարունակում էին կալանքի տակ պահել մի գործարարի, ով այսօր էլ կարող է մեծ օգուտ բերել Հայաստանի պաշտպանունակության բարձրացմանը։
