«Էս խառը ժամանակներում երևի կարևոր չի պատերազմից հետ եկածների խնդիրները, բայց գրեմ, որ գոնե խիղճս հանգիստ լինի։
1-ին։ Պատերազմից անցել ա շուրջ 7 ամիս, դեռ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք շարունակում են լինել քաղաքացիական հաշմանդամ։ Վեց ամիս շարունակ չեն կարողանում պարզել մարդիկ, որ հրետանուց ու հրազենից անդամախեղվել են դա պատերա՞զմի արդյունք էր, թե հարևանի հետ «գարեջուր խմելուց» հետո որոշել էին կռիվ-կռիվ խաղալ։ Երբ դիմում ես, թե էդ հարցը երբ կլուծեն, ասում են համբերեք շատ են վիրավորները։
2-րդ խնդիրը։ Իմ երեք վիրահատություններից երկուսը արվել ա «սոցփաթեթի» շրջանակներում։ Հարցնում ես, ինչի՞ պետպատվերով չեք անում, ախր դա անձնական դժբախտություն չի, ավտովթար չի, պատերազմա, որտեղ պետությունը պարտավորություններ ունի, պատասխանը, կներեք համակարգնա էդպես... հաջորդ երկու վիրահատություններս որ պատկերացնում եմ նույն փնթի քաշքշոցը պիտի լինի, սկի չեմ էլ ուզւոմ վիրահատվեմ։
3-րդ։ Որ գերատեսչություն ուզում եք զանգահարեք, իմ խորին համոզմամբ հեռախոսի օպերատորների համար քասթինգ են արել, թե ով ավելի գռեհիկ ու անտակտ կարա պատասխանի, որից հետո նոր գործի են վերցրել։ Շատ անգամ հարցդ չեն էլ լսում, ու դու կասկածում ես, հեռախոսից էն կողմ մարդ ա՞, թե մարդկային ձենով ռոբոտ, որն ընկալելու կարողություն չունի... էս կետում բացառություն ա ՊՆ թեժ գիծը։ Ուշ են պատասխանում, բայց տակտով ու փորձում են հարցիդ մաքսիմում լուծում տալ։ Այ վստահության գիծը ԳՇ-ի մի ուրիշ խայտառակ դեպք ա։
Հ.գ. Օրինակներն իմ վրա եմ բերել, բայց վստահեմ հարյուրավորներնն են էս վիճակում։ Սա ցույց ա տալիս որ պետական ապարատը ոչ միայն ջախջախված ա, այլ գոյություն չի էլ ունեցել տարիներ շարունակ... ինչ ասում ես հղում են անում օրենքին, առանց իրանց ուղեղին զոռ տալու, որ օրենքը համապատասախանեցնեն ներկա վիճակին։
Հ.գ. տևական ժամանակ մտածում էի գրեմ, թե չէ։ Մտածում էի պետության վարկը չգցեմ, բայց մի բան որ չկա, վարկ որտեղից ունենա»։
