SOCIETYԵրբ պատերազմ է սկսում, առաջին գործողությունը, որ արվում է՝ պահեստների դատարկումն ու զինվորների տարհանում է զորամասերից, որովհետև պատերազմից առաջ երկար հետախուզություն է կատարվում ու ենթադրվում է, որ հակառակորդը գիտի՝ զորամսը որտեղ է պահեստը որտեղ է։
Այս մասին վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց այսօր՝ մայիսի 29-ին, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության Շենգավիթի գրասենյակում ասաց իր համակիրների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։
Նա պատերազմի ժամանակ եղած մի դրվագ ներկայացրեց
«Մենք ունենում ենք բավականին մեծ քանակությամբ հակատանկային միջոցներ և այդ հակատանկային միջոցն ուղարկում ենք X ուղղությամբ, ու դա հայտնվում է զորամասերից մեկի պահեստում, որը մի ժամ հետո ռմբահարվում է ու ամբողջ զինամթերքը մեջը ոչնչանում է։
Հասկանում եք, այսպիսի դրվագ է եղել, որը չեմ կարողանում հասկանալ։ Նա, ով շատ թե քիչ հասկանում է, գիտի, որ տանեին մի ծառի տակ դասավորեին՝ շատ ավելի տրամաբանական կլիներ, քան էդ ժամանակակից զենքերը տանեին դնեին զորամասում, որը 25 տարի է զորամաս է։ Տանում դնում են էդ պահեստում, 1-2 ժամ հետո անօդաչու թռչող սարքով ու այլ միջոցներով հարձակվում են ու մի քանի միլիոն դոլարի զինամթերը տեղում ոչնչացվում է։ Հիմա ինչ մտածես։ Ասենք լավ՝ անգրագիտություն է, կարող է լինել, բայց շատ դաժան անգրագիտություն է»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Նա նաև ասաց, որ այո, պատերազմի ժամանակ ունեցել ենք զրահաբաճկոնի ու սաղավարտի խնդիր։ «Այսօր մարդ կա, ում աշխատանքային պարտականությունների մեջ է մտնում երկրի ղեկավարությանը զգուշացնել, որ մեր բանակում սաղավարտի և զրահաբաճկոնի խնդիր կա։ Էդ մարդուն ես եմ նշանակել՝ ուրիշ պաշտոնից ազատելով։ Թող ասի՝ մի անգամ զեկուցե՞լ է, որ ՀՀ զինված ուժերում կա զրահաբաճկոնի և սաղավարտի խնդիր»,-ասաց վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը։
