Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Բաքվի բռնապետռը երեկ Ակնայում նոր բնակելի շենքի կառուցման հիմքն է դրել, որի ժամանակ հանդես է եկել երկար ճառով։

Տխրահռչակ փաստաթղթի ստորագրումից հետո առաջին անգամ մինչև վերջ լսեցի բռնապետի ելությոը։

Նախ ասեմ, որ վախենում է ռազմական հանցագործության հնարավոր մեղադրանքից, և ինքն իրեն մատնեց, ասելով՝ մենք ռազմական հանցագործություն չենք գործել։

Բաքվի բռնապետը մեր մասին խոսելիս երբեք չարտաբերեց հակառակորդ տերմինը, միայն ու միայն օկուպանտ, կամ թշնմաի տերմինները, սա հայատյացության բացահայտ քարոզի մի մաս է։

Նաև ակնհայտ նկատելի է 1915 թ․-ի գործելաոճը և հռետորաբանությունը։ Այն ժամանակ թուրքերը հայերին սպանելն արդրացնում էին իրենց դավաճանելու փաստով, ապա Ալիևը երեկ գրեթե բառացի կրկնեց այդ թեզը։

«Հայերը կերել են մեր հացը, ապրել մեր հողում և միշտ ատել մեզ»,- ասել է Բաքվի բռնապետը՝ հնչեցնելով նույն այն մեղադրանքը, որը հնչեցնում են թուրքերը Հայոց Ցեղասպանությունը արդարացնելու համար։

Ալիևը Հայաստանին համարել է ֆաշտիստական պետություն և հայտարարել, որ բոլոր ֆաշիստների վերջը կտա Ադրբեջանը, այդ թվում նաև հայերի։

Բաքվի բռնապետի խոսքը ծայրից ծայր հայատյացություն է, և հետագա գործողությունները արդարացնող ինչ-որ բարբաջանքներ։ Բաքվի բռնապետին օր առաջ պետք է քարշ տանք միջազգային դատարաններ՝ ռազմական հանցագործության մեղադրանքով, այլապես իր առջև վառված կանաչ լույսն անգամ չի կարող թարթել․․․
