POLITICSԱյս պատերազմը ցույց տվեց, որ ռազմաարդյունաբերությունը պետք է այն ոլորտը լիներ, որը բանակի համար կարեւոր նշանակություն ունեցող զինամթերքի առումով կարող էր թիկունքը ապահովել: Այս մասին Երեւանի երեք վարչական շրջանների քաղաքացիների, «Հայաստան» դաշինքի ակտիվի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ, «Հայաստան» դաշինքը գլխավորող Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը:
«Մենք տեսանք, որ շրջապատված ենք այնպիսի պետություններով, որոնց անգամ օդային տարածքն օգտագործելը բավականին պրոբլեմային էր մեզ համար: Մենք երեք շաբաթ ունեցել ենք ներկրման լրջագույն պրոբլեմ:
Սա շատ ծանր դաս էր ՀՀ-ի համար, բայց եթե մենք այստեղից ինչ-որ բան չսովորենք, էականորեն չփոխենք մեր քաղաքականությունը ռազմարդյունաբերության վերաբերյալ, ապա մնալու ենք նույն կոտրած տաշտակի առջեւ: Այո, պետք է անենք: Պարզ է, որ փոքր երկիրը չի կարող բոլոր ռազմատեսակներով զբաղվել, բայց առանցքային մի քանի տեսակներով, մոդեռնիզացված, մենք դա ի վիճակի ենք անել: Կան մեր չափերի պետություններ, որոնք փայլուն արդյունքներ ունեն ռազմաարդյունաբերական ոլորտում: Մենք պետք է ունենանք լուրջ ռամաարդյունաբերական համալիր»,-հայտարարեց նա:
