ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հայտարարությունը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները (ՌԴ` Իգոր Պոպով, Ֆրանսիա` Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտի և Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներ` Էնդրյու Շոֆեր) այսօր տարածեցին հետևյալ հայտարարությունը.
Համանախագահները մայիսի 27-ին և 28-ին խորհրդակցություններ անցկացրեցին Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի նախագահ Պիտեր Մաուրերի և ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատար Ֆիլիպո Գրանդիի հետ: Հանդիպումներին մասնակցում էր նաև ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկը: Համանախագահները ի գիտություն են ընդունում մայիսի 27-ին վեց հայ զինծառայողների ձերբակալված լինելու մասին լուրը և կոչ են անում ազատել բոլոր ռազմագերիներին և մյուս կալանավորվածներին։ Համանախագահներն ընդգծում են միջազգային մարդասիրական օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան կալանավորված անձանց հետ վարվելու պարտավորությունը: Համանախագահները վճռականորեն կոչ են անում կողմերին անհապաղ վերացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ մարդասիրական մուտքի բոլոր սահմանափակումները և կողմերին կոչ են անում ամբողջությամբ իրականացնել նոյեմբերի 9-ի հրադադարի հայտարարագրով ստանձնած պարտավորությունները:
Համանախագահները մտահոգությամբ նշում են նաև Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան ոչ գծանշված սահմանին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպերի վերաբերյալ վերջերս արված մի քանի հաղորդագրությունները: Սահմանային վեճերը լուծելու համար ուժի գործադրումը կամ սպառնալիքն անընդունելի է: Մենք երկու կողմերին կոչ ենք անում անհապաղ քայլեր ձեռնարկել` ներառյալ զորքերի տեղափոխումը, իրավիճակը լիցքաթափելու և սահմանը խաղաղ ճանապարհով սահմանազատելու և սահմամագծելու մասին բանակցություններ սկսելու համար: Համանախագահները պատրաստ են աջակցել այս գործընթացին նպաստելու հարցում:
Հաշվի առնելով ԵԱՀԿ-ի իրենց մանդատի պայմանները և տարածաշրջանի բոլոր բնակիչների ձգտումները կայուն, խաղաղ և բարեկեցիկ ապագայի համար` համանախագահները կրկին կոչ են անում կողմերին հնարավորինս շուտ ներգրավվել իրենց հովանու ներքո:
