VIDEOԳերիների հարցով այստեղ կա քաղաքական և հոգեբանական խնդիր: Քաղաքականն այն է, որ Ալիևը համոզված է՝ Նիկոլը չի հաղթելու այս ընտրություններում, և օգտվելով նրա թուլությունից՝ փորձում է որքան հնարավոր է շատ բան կորզել նրանից: Հոգեբանականն արդեն 30 տարի Ադրբեջանի նվաստացած վիճակն էր: Այս մասին այսօր Պետրոս Ղազարյանի հետ հարցազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը:
«Պարտությունը ծանր բեռ է, մենք նոր ենք պարտվել և դուք զգում եք, թե ինչպիսի հոգեբանական վիճակ է տիրում: 30 տարի, փաստորեն, նրանք պարտված էին ու ծանր հոգեբանական վիճակում էին, նույն բանը, ինչը հայ ժողովուրդն այսօր պահանջում է Նիկոլից, Ադրբեջանի ժողովուրդը տարիներ շարունակ պահանջում էր: Հաղթանակից հետո չեմ հասկանում, թե Ադրբեջանն ինչու է այսպիսի գործողությունների գնում: Հաղթող կողմը, սովորաբար, լինում է մեծահոգի, հաղթողը չի ատում պարտվածին, պարտվածն է ատում հաղթողին. սա պիտի աներ Ալիևը, չարեց»,-ասաց նա:
Առաջին նախագահը հիշեցրեց, որ Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմում մեր հաղթանակից հետո, երբ երկու կողմն էլ գերիներ ուներ, նա միակողմանի որոշել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի գերիներին պետք է վերադարձնի. «Իմ կողքին Վազգեն Սարգսյանն էր, Սերժ Սարգսյանն էր, ասացին՝ որ իրանք չտան, ասացի՝ հանգիստ մնացեք, ես Հեյդար Ալիևին գիտեմ, նույն օդանավով մեր գերիները վերադարձան: Ձեր հարցին ես պատասխանեցի, ուրիշ ավելացնելու բան չունեմ»:
