Նիկոլին ու իմքայլականներին դնենք մի կողմ, նրանք քաոս են ստեղծել երկրում ու փորձում են գոնե մի քիչ կառավարելի դարձնել այն:
Խոսքս բանակի ղեկավարությանն է վերաբերում: Ինչո՞ւ եք բանակին տվել միայն «հանձնվելու, նահանջելու» հրամաններ: Մեր տարածքում ականապատողներին ինչպե՞ս կարող էր մոտենալ թշնամին, որտե՞ղ էր տեղանքը հսկողության տակ պահող ստորաբաժանումը:
Այս դեպքից հետո կարո՞ղ ենք ենթադրել, որ սահմանին կանգնած մեր բոլոր զինվորներին կարող են գալ գերի վերցնել: Չնայած երբեք այդ մասին չեմ պատմում, բայց ուզում եմ հիմա մի օրինակ բերել իմ փորձից:
1992-ի փետրվարին երկու անգամ մասնակցել եմ ականապատման աշխատանքների, Մարտունի քաղաքի մուտքը թշնամու զինտեխնիկայի համար փակում էինք: Մարտունի քաղաքի դիմացի Ամիրանլար եւ Կուրապատկինո գյուղերում թշնամին մեծ քանակությամբ զինտեխնիկա էր կուտակել և սպասում էինք հարձակման: Ու երբ ականապատում էինք, երկու հոգով գիշերը՝ մթության մեջ, ական էինք տեղադրում, երեք հոգի էլ մեր անվտանգությունն էր ապահովում, այսինքն` մենք հանգիստ անում էինք մեր գործը` իմանալով, որ տղերքը հեռվից դիտարկում են:
Մի դեպքում, օրինակ, նրանք ինչ-որ պահի զգուշացրին աշխատանքները դադարեցնել, մենք դուրս եկանք ճանապարհից ու թաքնվեցինք:
Թշնամու շարժ էին նկատել: Մոտ կես ժամ հետո նրանք ասացին, որ կարող ենք շարունակել: Ինչի համար եմ սա ասում, որովհետեւ ամեն ինչ այնքան հստակ կարգավորված է, որ այլ կերպ գրեթե հնարավոր չի լինի:
Հիմա ուզում եմ ասել` միայն ու միայն ձեր մեղքով է այն, ինչ տեղի է ուենում, դուք չեք կարողանում բանակը կառավարել, ձեզ պետք է միայն պատասխանատվության ենթարկել:
