Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մանրամասներ հայտնեց հայ զինծառայողների առևանգման մասին
POLITICSՀայաստանի ԶՈւ 6 զինծառայողներ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում իրականացնելիս են եղել սահմանի կահավորման աշխատանքներ: Իրականացվել են ականապատման աշխատանքներ: Ընդ որում՝ ուզում եմ հատուկ ընդգծել, որ աշխատանքներ իրականացվել են զգուշացնող նշանների տեղադրման զուգորդմամբ: Այսինքն, դրանք ոչ թե արվել են դիվերսիոն նպատակներով, այլ տեղադրվել են զգուշացնող նշաններ տարածքի ականապատված լինելու վերաբերյալ:
Այս գործողություններն իրականացվել են մեր սահմանի պաշտպանության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու համար: Այս մասին Կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Նա ասաց, որ ավելի ուշ տեղեկատվություն է ստացվել, որ մեր զինվորները գերեվարվել են, հանգամանքները պետք է պարզվեն. «Բայց մի բան հստակ է, որ դա ըստ էության առևանգում է ՀՀ տարածքից: Այդ տարածքներում մայիսի 12-ից գտնվում են նաև Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումներ: Հարցը հենց այս համատեքստում է:
Ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները բացարձակապես անընդունելի են մեզ համար: Այս միջադեպերը տեղի են ունենում այն պատճառով, որ ոմանք ուզում են, որ մենք համակերպվենք մեր տարածքում ադրբեջանական ուժերի ներկայության հետ, ինչը տեղի ունենալ չի կարող»:
Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ դեպքի մանրամասները կպարզվեն, բայց պետք է արձանագրել, որ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել մեր տարածքում, զինծառայողներն ունեցել են սահմանի կահավորման խնդիր, որը տեղի է ունենում ամբողջ սահմանի երկայնքով ու պետք է տեղի ունենա մեր սահմանների ամրապնդման համար. «Հարցը չպետք է օգտագործվի ներքաղաքական նպատակներով, սա կարևոր եմ համարում: Պետք է դատապարտել այս իրավիճակը բանակի ու ԶՈւ-ի դեմ օգտագործելու բոլոր փորձերը»:
Նա ասաց, որ սա ամենևին սովորական իրադրություն չէ, ինչպես փորձ է արվում ներկայացվել, մասնավորապես Ադրբեջանի կողմից. «Սա տարածքային ամբողջականությանը, ինքնիշխանությանը սպառնացող ուղղակի վտանգ է, որը միջազգային իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտում է:
ՀՀ-ն պետք է օգտագործի բոլոր, այդ թվում՝ միջազգային լծակներն իրադրությունը կարգավորելո համար: Մենք ձեռնարկելու ենք բոլոր միջոցները»:
Փաշինյանը նաև ասաց, որ պետք է հստակ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրվի հանրությանը, որպեսզի ադրբեջանական լրահոսը չտարածվի:
