 ՀՀ ԱՆ առողջապահական պետական տեսչությունը «Հոֆֆմանն-Լյա Ռոշե» ՍՊԸ ընկերության հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության կողմից ներկայացված դիմումի հիման վրա հարուցել է վարչական վարույթ անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Աշոտ Գյունաշյանին պատկանող դեղատնային կրպակում (հասցե` ք. Երևան, Գարեգին Նժդեհի 1/8) և նոյեմբերի 11-ին իրականացրե լ զննում՝ «Դեղերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի և դրան առնչվող իրավական այլ ակտերի պահանջների ապահովումը պարզելու նպատակով:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են ՀՀ-ում չգրանցված և ապօրինի ներմուծված մի շարք դեղեր, այդ թվում` «Химтех» անվանմամբ արտադրողի պիտակավորված (առանց արտադրողի հասցեի և սերիայի խմբաքանակի մասին տեղեկատվության) «Ֆուրացիլին» ակնակաթիլներ` 1:5000, 15մլ, ապակե սրվակ և «Ականջի կաթիլներ»` 15մլ, ապակե սրվակ տեղական արտադրության դեղերը, որոնք, ինչպես պարզվել է լաբորատոր փորձաքննությամբ, մի շարք ցուցանիշներով չեն համապատասխանում սահմանված որ ակական ցուցանիշներին և կարող են հանգեցնել մի շարք ախտահարումների, այդ թվում` տեսողական օրգանի:

Դեղատան նկատմամբ կիրառվել է գործող օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված տուգանք` 100 000 դրամի չափով և տրվել կարգադրագիր՝ խախտումները վերացնելու նպատակով: Միաժամանակ աշխատանքներ են տարվում անորակ, չգրանցված դեղն արտադրողի և այլ իրացնողների հայտնաբերման և շուկայից նշված դեղերի հետկանչի ուղղությամբ: 

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը կոչ է անում զերծ մնալ նշված դեղերի ձեռք բերումից, իրացումից և կիրառումից:
