«Երբեմնի հեղափոխական Հայկ Մարությանը, ում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեծ հիացմունքով ու ոգևորությամբ հեղափոխության օրերին բարձրացրեց հարթակ, ապա 2 ամիս անց կարգեց Երևանի քաղաքապետի բարձր պաշտոնին, մեկ տարուց ավելի է՝ չի շփվում վարչապետի հետ, չի մասնակցում կառավարության նիստերին, և իշխանական թիմի ու նրա միջև խոր թշնամական հարաբերություններ են։ Եթե իշխանությունների վիճակն այսքան օրհասական չլիներ, նրանք առաջինը կնախաձեռնեին Երևանի քաղաքապետի և Երևանի ավագանու նոր ընտրություններ, սակայն այս փուլում դա հնարավոր չէ։ Արտահերթից առաջ մի փորձ արվել է նրան հեռացնելու՝ Փաշինյանն առաջարկել է դիմում գրել-գնալ, Մարությանը դիմադրել է։ Հիմա եկել է թիմի համար աշխատելու փուլը, քաղաքապետը որոշել է ընտրություններից ձեռքերը լվանալ՝ ոչնչով չմասնակցել քարոզարշավին, չաշխատել իշխանության համար։

Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ հունիսի 7-ին՝ պաշտոնական քարոզարշավի մեկնարկի օրը, նա աշխատանքային այց է ծրագրել Դոնի Ռոստով։ Գործուղման կարգադրությունը դեռ հրապարակված չէ, սակայն քաղաքապետարանի մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ այցը կլինի եռօրյա կամ քառօրյա․ հիշեցնենք, որ քարոզարշավն ընդամենը 12 օր է տևելու։ Մարությանի հետ Դոնի Ռոստով կգործուղվեն նաև փոխքաղաքապետերից մեկը և աշխատակազմից ներկայացուցիչներ։ Իսկ ավագանու անդամներ կարծես թե ընդգրկված չեն պատվիրակության կազմում։ 4 օր գործուղում, մնացած 6-7 օրն էլ մի բան կմտածի, մինչև կավարտվեն ընտրությունները։ Սակայն, բոլոր դեպքերում, Հայկ Մարությանի պաշտոնավարմանը երկար չի մնացել՝ նա հեռանալու է, եթե Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը վերարտադրվի, և հեռանալու է, եթե չվերարտադրվի»,-գրում է թերթը։
