Երբևէ չէի անդրադառնա այս թեմային, քանզի գնահատում և արժևորում եմ ժամանակը։ Չէի անդրադառնա, քանզի տեսնում եմ «մեռնող» իշխանությունների «թփրտոցը»։

Այնուհանդերձ մակերեսային անդրադարձ կանեմ, քանզի ուզենք, թե չուզենք, ընդունենք, թե չընդունենք քաղաքացիական հասարակության ձևավորման և դաստիարակության վրա մեծ ազդեցություն ունի կառավարող իշխանությունը։ Հայաստանյան իշխանությունները, երբ դեռ «քայլում» էին, արդեն իսկ կիրառում էին հասարակությանը իրականությունից շեղելու տեխնոլոգիան։ Ինչպես խոնարհ ծառա, արցախյան իշխանությունները ևս իրենց նախընտրական պայքարը կառուցեցին «շեղելու» նուրբ արվեստի կանոններով (հիշեցնեմ՝ «անվճար կրթություն», «անվճար բուժօգնություն»,»յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի առանձին բնակարան»․․․)։ Շեղեցին ամենակարևորից՝ ազգը մոռացավ վտանգը։

Ստացվեց․․․Երկու հայկական պետությունները զավթեցին հակահայ իշխանությունները։ Իրենք զավթեցին, իսկ հայը կորցրեց, կորցրեց հազարավոր քաջորդիների, Հայրենիքի մեծ կտոր, հազարավոր ընտանիքների ճակատագրեր խեղվեցին, հազարավոր ընտանիքներ անտուն ու թափառական դարձան, հարյուրավոր գերիներ ու անհայտ կորածներ։ Կորցրեց, որովհետև երկու իշխանություններն էլ ողջ պատերազմի ընթացքում վարպետորեն շեղեցին՝ մեկը «գործնական» ու «մտահոգ» տեսք էր ընդունել, մյուսը «զինվորների հետ սուրճ էր խմում» ու իրենք հաղթում էին, իսկ հայը կոտորվում ու բնավեր էր լինում։ Մոլորյալ են նրանք, ովքեր կարծում են, որ այս իշխանությունները լծվել են եղածը փրկելու գործին, մոլորյալ են նրանք, ովքեր չեն գիտակցում, որ այս իշխանությունները նպատակ ունեն մինչև վերջ գնալ՝ վերացնելով հային ու հայկական պետականությունը։

Մոլորյալ են նրանք, ովքեր շեղվում են, ոգևորվելով, որ «պետք է առաջ նայել», «ապագա կա», «երկարօրյա կրթություն», «Նժդեհի արձանի ապամոնտաժում», «բանալի «Մենք ենք, մեր սարերը»կոթողի մոտ»։ Իսկ իրականությունը որևէ աղերս չունի այս իշխանությունների ծորուն ժպիտի հետ։ Այս իշխանությունների հետ առաջ նայելիս թշնամին է, ապագան թշնամու հետ նույն հարկի տակ ապրելն է։ Վերջերս իշխանության ներկայացուցչին հարցնում եմ․»Ճշտել են արդյո՞ք, թե ինչպիսի կազմակերպություններ են ֆինանսավորելու «Երկարօրյա դպրոց» ծրագիրը»։

Պատասխանը՝ կարճ, կոնկրետ․ «Նույնիսկ Սորոս պապիկն էլ ֆինանսավորի կընդունենք»։ Ու իրենց ինքնավստահությունը ցինիզմի է հավասար, վստահ են, քանզի շեղելու նուրբ արվեստի վարպետներ են։ Մոտ երկու շաբաթ է, ինչ Մայր Հայաստանն են բզիկ-բզիկ անում։ Աչքներիս առաջ շարունակում են թշնամուն տալ մեր Հայրենիքը, հետո իբր ինչ-որ մաս փրկելու համար (ինչպես Արցախի դեպքում արեցին) Փաշինյան Նիկոլը կճանաչի Ադրբեջանի ամբողջականությունը և սեպտեմբերի 27-ի նման մի պայծառ կիրակի, կպարզվի, որ այլևս Արցախի հարց գոյություն չունի։ Իսկ մենք այդ ժամանակ «կարևոր» հարց էինք քննարկում «բանալին» հայկական է, թե՝ ոչ։

Հ․Գ․ Ես էլ արդեն վեց ամիս է «շեղված» Քաշաթաղի շրջանի պաշտպանությանը մասնակցած, մի աշխարհազորայինի անուն չեմ կարողանում ներառել տալ վարձատրման ցուցակներում, որովհետև աշխարհի բոլոր ծայրերում ինչքան ծանոթ ու ծանոթի ծանոթ ունեն ներառել են, էլ տեղ չկա։ Ու այս բոլորին վրադիր Արցախի խորհրդարանը 25 «կողմ» ապահովողներով կրկնակի կդարձնի պետական պարտքը (բայց շեղելու համար անունը կդնի սոցիալական բյուջե), որպեսզի վաթսունութհազարանման ծրագրերով շեղեն, իսկ իրենք, իշխանավայել ապրելով, ավարտին հասցնեն իրենց հայակործան ծրագրերը․․․
