Ջրառատում շուրջ 40 րոպե տեղացած կարկուտի վնասը նախնական հաշվարկով՝ մինչեւ 100 %– է
VIDEOԱրմավիրի մարզի Ջրառատ համայնքում նախօրեին տեղացած կարկուտի հետեւանքով վնասվել են եգիպտացորենի եւ բանջարաբոստանային մշակաբույսերի ցանքատարածքները։ NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում համայնքի ղեկավար Սամվել Գալստյանն ասաց, որ շուրջ 40 րոպե տեղացած կարկուտի վնասը նախնական հաշվարկով՝ մինչեւ 100 %– է։
«Որտեղ կարկուտ է եկել՝ վնասել է 100%-ով։ Լոլիկի, վարունգի, բիբարի, բադիրջանի, եգիպտացորենի, սեխի եւ այլ մշակաբույսերի ցանկատարածքները վնասվել են։ Համայնքում մոտ 800 տնտեսություն կա, բոլորը հողագործությամբ են զբաղվում, չկա մի մարդ, որ վնաս կրած չլինի»,– ասաց համայնքի ղեկավարը։
Դեռ մայիսի 22–ին, Ջրառատում ուժեղ քամի էր եղել, որի հետեւանքով վնասվել են բնակելի տների տանիքները, հոսանքի հենասյուները, մալուխները։ Համայնքը մեկ օրից ավելի՝ զրկված է եղել հոսանքից։
Սամվել Գալստյանը հայտնեց, որ ինքը հիմա մարզպետարանում է, գյուղվարչության պետի հետ խորհրդակցության՝ քննարկելու հետագա անելիքները։
Համայնքի ավագանու անդամ Աննա Մանուկյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում պատմեց, որ բնակիչները հավաքվել են գյուղապետարանի մոտ. «Մարդիկ իրենց այգիները, բանջարանոցները նկարած բերել են, որ ցույց տան, թե ինչ աստիճանի վնաս են կրել։ 1, 5 հա եգիպտացորենի բերքը, որն առնվազն մեկ շաբաթից պետք է քաղվեր, լրիվ ջախջախվել է ու այդպես շատ այլ ցանկատարածքներ։ Պոլիէթիլենային ջերմատները դեռ մայիսի 22–ին էին պոկվել, ախր ոչ բոլորն են ֆինանսապես հասցնում, որ անմիջապես վերանորոգեն։ Երեկ որ կարկուտն եկավ, էդ բաց բույսը, որ պետք է փակ լիներ, լրիվ կարկտահարվեց։ Տեղ–տեղ մոտ 15–20 սմ հաստությամբ կարկուտ է տեղացել բույսերի վրա, բիբարները մնացել են օդի մեջ, իսկ բույսը՝ չկա։ Սա աղետ է, աղետ։ Մայիսի 22–ի քամին ուղղակի տորնադոր էր, ինչ կար հավաքեց ու տարավ, ոչինչ չէր երեւում էդ հողմի մեջ, մինչեւ որ երկինքը պարզվեց տեսանք թե ինչ է բերել ժողովրդի գլխին»։
Ավագանու անդամի խոսքով՝ կրած վնասները ահռելի են։
«Սարսափելի ծախսերի մասին է խոսքը, էսքանն ակնկալ պետությունից, անհնարին է։ Գոնե մարդկանց վարկերը պետք է սառեցվեն, ինչ–որ ձեւով պետք է էս մարդկանց օգնել»,– ասաց Աննա Մանուկյանը։
