«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը բացառիկ քարոզարշավ է իրականացնում՝ շահեկանորեն տարբերվելով ընտրություններին մասնակից այլ քաղաքական ուժերից։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորած ուժը զբաղված է ոչ թե մրցակիցների վրա ցեխարձակումներով, այլ վստահ ներկայացնում է իր արածներն ու ապագա անելիքները, կոնկրետ ծրագրերը։
 
Պատճառը հաստատապես մեկն է՝ ի տարբերություն նորահայտ ուժերի կամ էլ արդեն հայտնի, բայց որևէ գործուն քայլով աչքի չընկածների, երկիրը պատերազմի և տնտեսական կոլապսի հասցրած իշխանության, ԲՀԿ-ն ունի ասելիք՝ կարող է ներկայացնել իր տարիների արածները ու հավակնել իշխանության։
 
Տարիների այդ փորձն էլ օգնել է գիտակցել, որ կեղտոտ տեխնոլոգիաները չեն, որ արժանանալու են ընտրողի քվեին, այլ ծրագրերը, մոտեցումները, մարդկանց կյանքը թեթևացնելու մեթոդները։
 
Այս առումով ուշագրավ մի բան էլ է նկատելի։ Նույնիսկ ԲՀԿ-ի հետ դիսկուրսում ընդդիմախոսները ոչ թե զազրախոսությամբ են զբաղված, այլ բանավիճում են հստակ ծրագրերի շուրջ։ Բնականաբար, այստեղ կարևոր դեր ունի ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անձնական հեղինակությունն ու վարկը, նաև ճանաչվածությունն ընտրողների շրջանում։ Ցանկացած մրցակից գիտակցում է՝ ընտրողը ճանաչում է ԲՀԿ-ին և նրան սևացնելու գործը չափազանց անշնորհակալ բան է, կարող է վնասել միայն հակաքարոզչությամբ զբաղվողին։
 
«Բարգավաճ Հայաստանը» դեռ չի ներկայացրել իր ընտրական ցուցակը, հայտնի են միայն առաջին եռյակը կազմող գործիչները՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյան, Միքայել Մելքումյան, Իվետա Տոնոյան։ Եվ սա էլ վերը նշվածի ապացույցն է։ Մելքումյանն ու Տոնոյանն էլ հայտնի են որպես կոռեկտ, քաղաքակիրթ պայքարի կողմնակիցներ, ովքեր խոսում են բացառապես ծրագրերի շուրջ, երբեք հայհոյախոսությամբ չեն զբաղվել։
 
Տնտեսությունից բանակ, սոցիալական ծրագրերից մինչև արտաքին հարաբերություններ, ԲՀԿ-ն որակյալ կադրեր ունի բոլոր ոլորտներում, մշտապես ներկայացրել է իր մոտեցումները ժողովրդին հուզող խնդիրներով, սպասարկել բնակչի շահը։
Եվ ակնհայտ է, որ նման որակյալ քարոզչությամբ է հնարավոր իրապես պայքարել իշխանությունը վերցնելու համար։
