Հաշվի առնելով երեկվանից Հանրապետությունում առկա լարվածությունը նախօրեին հրապարակված փաստաթղթի և ՀՀ վարչապետի կողմից այն ստորագրելու պատրաստակամության շուրջ՝ ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ ենք անում քաղաքական, գիտական, մտավորական և մյուս բոլոր ոլորտների բոլո՛ր կարող ուժերին, ՀՀ ռազմական ղեկավարությանը, հասարակական կազմակերպություններին, անկախ քաղաքական և անձնական շահերից, համախմբվել հանու՛ն մեր պետության:
Մեզ մասնատելն ու բաժանելը հակառակորդի նպատակն է: Մենք չպե՛տք է դա թույլ տանք:
Այս օրը կարող է որոշիչ դառնալ մեր պատմության համար: 100 տարի անց սերունդները կամ կհպարտանան մեզնով, կամ կամաչեն մեր թուլության համար:
Մեր սահմանն այսօր բաց է հակառակորդի առաջ, մեր զինվորն անպաշտպան է, տնտեսությունը կաթվածահար է, մեր քաղաքացին ապրում է համատարած լարման ու նեգատիվի մեջ:
Հիմա, առավել քան երբևէ, պետք է գերակա լինի հայրենիքի/պետության շահը: Այսօրվա իշխանությունն ի վիճակի չէ, կամ, որ ավելի վատ է, չի ուզում պաշտպանել այդ շահը:
Պետք է թույլ չտալ, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները ստորագրեն մի փաստաթուղթ, որի մասին հանրությունը լիարժեք և ամբողջական տեղեկացված չէ, մասնագիտական շրջանակները չեն տվել իրենք գնահատականը և այդ փաստաթղթի՝ Հայաստանի համար բարենպաստ լինելու հարցում, բոլորս չենք հավաստիացել:
