Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների վերադարձի հարցը հրատապ է․ ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչ
POLITICSԵԽԽՎ զեկուցողին է ներկայացվել Արցախյան հակամարտության հումանիտար հետևանքները ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանն այսօր՝ մայիսի 21-ին, ընդունել է ԵԽԽՎ միգրացիայի, փախստականների և տեղահանված անձանց հարցերով զեկուցող Պոլ Գավային (Իռլանդիա), ԵԽԽՎ Միգրացիայի հանձնաժողովի քարտուղար Մարկ Նեվիլին, ԱԽ գրասենյակի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Մաքսիմ Լոնգանեին, ԵԽ-ում Հայաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանին, ԱԺ-ում Արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանին։
Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը ներկայացրել է հետպատերազմյան շրջանում Արցախից տեղահանված մարդկանց և մասնավորապես ռազմագերիների իրավունքների խախտման հարցերը։
Անդրադարձ է եղել միջազգային կառույցների հետ կատարած աշխատանքին։ ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչը կարևորել է Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների վերադարձի հրատապությունը՝ նշելով, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները կոպտորեն խախտում են գերիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության միջազգային պահանջները, նրանց ներկայացնում են ահաբեկիչներ կամ դիվերսանտներ։
Իսկ ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն արհեստական ձգձգում և քաղաքականացնում են հետվերադարձի գործընթացը։
ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչը ներկայացրել է Արցախից տեղահանված բնակիչների և նրանց գույքային իրավունքների հարցերը։ Տեղեկացրել է, որ Հայաստանը միջպետական գանգատ է ներկայացրել Եվրոպական դատարան, որում ներառված է նաև ներքին տեղահանված բնակիչների իրավունքները։
Գանգատին կից ներկայացվել են բազմաթիվ և ծավալուն ապացույցներ պատերազմական հանցագործությունների մասին:
Այս համատեքստում Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը հավելել է, որ միջպետական գանգատ է ներկայացվել նաև Թուրքիայի դեմ՝ 44 օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում սիրիացի վարձկաններ հավաքագրելու և Ադրբեջան տեղափոխելու, ինչպես նաև Բաքվին ռազմական օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու վերաբերյալ։
