ԵԽ գլխավոր քարտուղարը պատասխանել է նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի նամակին

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարիա Պեյչինովիչ Բուրիչը պատասխանել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից պահվող բոլոր հայ ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական անձանց շուտափույթ վերադարձի վերաբերյալ նամակին:
«Մենք շարունակում ենք ուշադիր հետևել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ու նրա շուրջ հումանիտար և մարդու իրավունքների վիճակին: Իր հերթին, Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովն իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնել այն զեկույցների առնչությամբ, համաձայն որոնց՝ 2020թ. հակամարտության համատեքստում կալանավորված ոչ բոլոր անձինք են փոխանակվել»,- մասնավորապես նշել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գլխավոր քարտուղարը:
Նա նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ ԵԽԽՎ միգրացիոն հանձնաժողովն այժմ պատրաստում է զեկույց «Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտության հումանիտար հետևանքները» խորագրով: «Թույլ տվեք հավաստիացնել Ձեզ, որ Եվրոպայի խորհուրդն իր մանդատի շրջանակում անելու է հնարավոր ամեն ինչ աջակցելու երկու անդամ-երկրներին՝ տարածաշրջանում հասնելու երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության ու բարգավաճման, և օգտագործելու է յուրաքանչյուր հնարավորություն` հումանիտար և մարդու իրավունքներին առնչվող հարցերը բարձրացնելու համար»,- ասված է Մարիա Պեյչինովիչ Բուրիչի պատասխան նամակում:
