ՀՀ պետական սահմանը հատելու եւ ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը խախտելու փաստի առթիվ հարուցված գործերով որևէ աշխատանք չի տարվել․ «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Չնայած Արդբեջանի ԶՈՒ զինծառայողների կողմից ՀՀ պետական սահմանը Սյունիքի մարզի Սեւ լիճ հատվածում հատելու եւ ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը խախտելու փաստի առթիվ մայիսի 13-ից քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, սակայն, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով, մինչեւ այժմ որեւէ աշխատանք չի իրականացվել։ Ավելին, մեր տեղեկություններով՝ իրավապահ համակարգի շատ ներկայացուցիչներ պարբերաբար հետաքրքրվում են, թե ինչ գործընթացներ են կատարվել այս գործով, կամ ինչու չեն անում անհրաժեշտ քննչական աշխատանքներ, սակայն այդպես էլ որեւէ պատասխան չեն ստացել։

Փաստ է, որ մինչեւ այժմ այդ քրեական գործով էական քայլ չի արվել։ Հիշեցնենք, որ մայիսի 3-ին՝ խորհրդարանում վարչապետի ընտրության առաջին փորձի ժամանակ, անկախ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը սահմանների անվտանգության մասին հարց ուղղեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, սակայն, սփոփող պատասխանի փոխարեն, Փաշինյանն ինքնավստահ հայտարարություններ արեց եւ ավելին՝ պատգամավորին մեղադրեց գաղտնիք պարունակող տեղեկություն հրապարակելու մեջ: Եվ Փաշինյանի այս ինքնավստահ հայտարարություններից հետո ականատես եղանք մի իրավիճակի, երբ մայիսի 12-ին ադրբեջանական կողմն անարգել մտավ ՀՀ տարածք, եւ անտեսանելի աշխատանքներն այնքան անտեսանելի էին, որ անգամ ադրբեջանցիները չնկատեցին»։
