«Հրապարակ ». Իշխանության «սրտի օլիգարխը» նոր տերմինալ է կառուցում Մեղրիում

Մեղրիի խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Մխիթար Զաքարյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող «Ագարակ տերմինալ» ՍՊԸ-ն շարունակում է փակ մնալ։ Սեփականատերը դիմել է վարչական դատարան, եւ, համայնքապետի խոսքով, ենթադրվում էր, որ հայցի ապահովման միջոց կկիրառվի, ու տերմինալի աշխատանքը կվերականգնվի, բայց ապարդյուն։
«Հայցը վարույթ է ընդունվել, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ հայցի ապահովման միջոց պետք է կիրառվեր՝ տերմինալը բացվեր, աշխատեր, մինչեւ կլինի դատարանի վճիռ։ Դիմել են ՊԵԿ-ին, բայց անհասկանալի մեկնաբանությամբ չեն կատարում հայցի ապահովման միջոցը»,- երեկ մեզ ասաց Մխիթար Զաքարյանը․ «Գիտեք, երբ որ փողոցից բերում, գնդապետի կոչում են տալիս, այդպես էլ պետք է լինի։ Թունավոր ծառը չի կարող ուտելու բերք տա»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ տերմինալում ՊԵԿ ստուգումները սկսվել էին ապրիլի 21-ին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Սյունիք այցից հետո։
Համայնքապետն ասում է, որ իրավաբանները վստահեցրել են, թե հայտնաբերած խախտումները կասեցման հիմք չէին կարող դառնալ, եւ այս հիմքով էլ են դիմել դատարան․ «Սովորաբար, երբ խախտում են հայտնաբերում, ժամանակ են տալիս շտկելու մինչեւ կասեցնելը։ Բայց կասեցնելուց հետո էլ հիմնավորում են, թե ԵԱՏՄ ռեեստրից էլ է հանված, նորից նոր ընթացակարգով պետք է դիմել՝ լիցենզիա ստանալու համար։ Սրանով հարվածում են տեղական տնտեսվարողներին, որովհետեւ այդ լոգիստիկ աշխատանքները հիմա տեղափոխվել են իրանական կողմ, որտեղ 3 տերմինալ է գործում։ Թեպետ մեր ընտանիքին պատկանող տերմինալից 200 մետր հեռավորության վրա իրենց սրտի օլիգարխն է նոր տերմինալի աշխատանքներ սկսել, լայն թափով աշխատում են, հավանաբար, դրա համար էլ այսպես արեցին»։
Համայնքապետի կարծիքով, դժվար թե «այս իշխանության» ժամանակ դիմեն նոր լիցենզիայի համար․ «Լրիվ բեսպրեդել է՝ նույնիսկ դատական ակտը չեն կատարում»։ Ի դեպ, իշխանությունների «սրտի օլիգարխը» Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանն է՝ նա Մեղրիում տերմինալ է կառուցում։
