Դեկտեմբերի 17-ին տեղի ունեցած կառավարության նիստում քննարկվեց նախարարների գործուղման գործընթացը` մասնավորպես տոմսերի առք ու վաճառքը, դրանց գները և այլն:
Ներկայումս աշխատանքներն են ընթանում ճանապարհորդելու քաղաքականությունը փոխելու ուղղությամբ, և ենթադրաբար փետրվար-մարտ ամիսներից սկսած կգործի տոմսերի պատվերի կենտրոնցաված համակարգ :
Այժմ մշակվում է ճանապարհորդային քաղաքականություն: Առաջարկվում է հետևյալը. հիմնական կանոն` բոլոր աշխատողները ուղևորվում են էկոնոմ դասի չվերթներով, ընդ որում գնվում է ամենաէժան տոմսը, որը չի նեթադրում վերադարձի ժամկետի փոփոխություն:Տոմսի կատեգորիան փոխելը արվելու է հատուկ թույլտվության հիման վրա:
Երկրորդ խումբ, որի մեջ են մտնում նախարարները, որոնց համար նախատեսվում է էկոնոմ դասի տոմս, բացառությամբ այն դեպքերի, երբ թռիչքի տևողությունը 8 ժամից ավել է: Եվ երրերոդ խումը անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամներն են, որոնց համար նախատեսվում է բիզնես դասի տոմս:
