«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունների հետ կապված՝ իշխանությունները բառիս բուն իմաստով ցայտնոտի մեջ են, քանի որ տեղերից ստացված տեղեկությունները գնալով անմխիթարական են դառնում, ուստի «ոտուձեռ» են ընկել։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, իշխանության ողջ հույսը մարզային վարչական ռեսուրսն է, ըստ այդմ էլ սկսել են տանել անհատական աշխատանք։ Մենք տեղեկություններ ենք ստանում, որ մինչ սյունիքյան ճգնաժամը, նաև այս օրերին մարզպետները փորձում են պարբերաբար այցելել խոշոր համայնքներ և հանդիպումներ ունենալ դպրոցների ու պետական այլ հաստատությունների աշխատակիցների հետ։
Ավելին, իշխանության տեղական ներկայացուցիչները ցուցակներ են կազմում ու մարզային «շեֆերին» ներկայացնում, թե պետական աշխատողներն ինչ քաղաքական ուղղվածություն ունեն, անգամ փորձում են տեղեկություն փոխանցել նաև նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների քաղաքական հայացքների մասին։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, ուշագրավ միջադեպ է եղել մասնավորաբար Լոռու մարզում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումներից մեկի ժամանակ. դպրոցներից մեկի ուսուցչուհուն բառացիորեն դուրս են հրավիրել իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հետ գյուղում կազմակերպված հանդիպումից՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ իր որդին իշխանության սուր քննադատներից է։
