Նախընտրական մրցավազքում, մեր ուշադրությունից դուրս է մնում հայ մարդու՝ մեր քաղաքացու ամենակարևոր՝ անվտանգության հարցը: Պետության առաջ ծառացած անվտանգային խնդիրները պետք է առաջնահերթություն լինեն բոլոր կարող ուժերի համար:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն այսօր, առավել քան երբևէ, կարիք ունի համախմբման: Պառակտման ճանապարհը ձեռնտու է մեր հակառակորդներին և հենց այդ պատճառով մենք պետք է միավորվենք՝ հանու՛ն մեր պետության, հանու՛ն մեր հայրենիքի, հանու՛ն յուրաքանչյուր հայի:
Հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի Հանարապետության սահմանների անվտանգային իրավիճակի մասին միջազգային կառույցների և դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների ահազանգերը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ պատասխանատու մարմինների կողմից սպառիչ տեղեկատվության բացակայությունը, ՀՀ իշխանություններին կոչ ենք անում կատարել պետության պարտավորությունը՝ ապահովվել ՀՀ յուրաքնչյուր քաղաքացու անվտանգությունը, հանրությանը տրամադրել ՀՀ սահմանների և անվտանգային իրավիճակի մասին համակողմանի և ամբողջական տեղեկատվություն՝ զերծ պահելով մարդկանց տագնապ և անորոշություն սերմանող տեղեկատվությունից:
ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերին կոչ ենք անում, պետության համար այս օրհասական պահին, միառժամանակ, մի կողմ թողնել տարաձայնությունները, հավաքվել կլոր սեղանի շուրջ՝ համատեղ ուժերով գծել պետության անվտանգային խնդիրների լուծման ճանապարհային քարտեզը՝ այն դիտարկելով որպես գերագույն նպատակ բոլորի համար:
Հայկական հզոր սփյուռքը պետք է պատրաստ լինի այս դժվարին ժամանակներում թիկունք լինել մեր երկիրն, կանգնել Հայաստանի ու հայաստանցու կողքին, իր ունեցած բոլոր ռեսուրսները ծառայեցնել մեկ նպատակի՝ մեր հայրենիքի անվտանգության ապահովմանը:
