Տեսանյութ. Երկրի առաջնորդը պարտավոր է տիրապետել ռազմական գործին
VIDEOՓաստացի, պատերազմական վիճակում գտնվող երկրի համար իսկական ողբերգություն է, որ պետության ղեկին ռազմարվեստին չտիրապետող մարդիկ են գտնվում։ Մինչդեռ կենսական անհրաժեշտություն է, որ երկիրը նման պայմաններում ղեկավարեն վճռական, ռազմական գործից գլուխ հանող քաղաքական գործիչներ, ովքեր ծայրահեղ իրավիճակներում չեն խառնվի իրար։ Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմը, Սյունիքում և Գեղարքունիքում այսօր ստեղծված իրավիճակը այս փաստի արձանագրումն են։
Երիցս ճիշտ էր «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Խաչիկ Ասրյանը, որը Հայոց պետության ապագա վարչապետի համար մի շարք չափորոշիչներ էր սահմանել և դրանցից առաջինը ՀՀ ապագա վարչապետի՝ պատերազմներին մասնակցած լինելու հանգամանքն էր։
«Մենք, որպես Ազգային Քրիստոնյա կուսակցություն, համոզված ենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հաջորդ Վարչապետը պարտադիր պետք է համապատասխանի ներքոնշյալ չափորոշիչներին․
1) Պարտադիր մասնակցություն ունեցած լինի նորանկախ Հայաստանի 30-ամյա պատմության ընթացքում Հայաստանի, Արցախի ու Հայ ազգի անվտանգության պաշտպանության համար տեղի ունեցած արցախյան (1992-1994թթ.), ապրիլյան (2016 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ից մինչև ապրիլի 15-ը) և 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբեր-հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբերյան պատերազմներին, կամ էլ այս պատերազմներից գոնե վերջինին (ո՞ր պատերազմին, ո՞ր վայրում, ո՞ր ժամանակահատվածում և ի՞նչ կարգավիճակով է նա մասնակցել)»,- ասվում է օրեր առաջ կուսակցության առաջնորդի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:
Եվ, իսկապես, Հայրենիքի այսօրվա կառավարիչները կիլոմետրերով հեռու են ռազմարվեստից։ Սուտի այդ «դուխովները» խառնվում են իրար` թշնամու նույնիսկ փոքր տեղաշարժերից՝ ցնցումների ենթարկելով երկիրը։ Իրավիճակը փաստում է, որ Հայաստանի ապագա քաղաքական դաշտը պետք է ձևավորվի ռազմական գործին տիրապետող, ազգին ու հայրենիքին նվիրյալ անձանցով, կարճ ասած՝ Խաչիկ Ասրյանի տեսակով։ Այլընտրանք չկա։
