ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց ստորգետնյա քաղցրահամ ջրային ռեսուրսների օգտագործումը կարգավորող օրինագիծը

Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց Հայաստանում ստորգետնյա քաղցրահամ ջրային ռեսուրսների օգտագործման և պահպանման առանձնահատկությունների օրենսդրական կարգավորումների վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական փաթեթը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ օրենսդրական փաթեթին կողմ քվեարկեÖ 96 պատգամավոր, դեմ և ձեռնպահ քվեարկողներ չեղան:

ՀՀ Ջրային օրենսգիրքը լրացվել է նոր հասկացություններով, ինչպիսիք են «ստորերկյա ջրերը», «արտեզյան ջրերը», «բնաղբյուրները», «կրկնակի ջրօգտագործումը» և այլն, ինչը թույլ կտա զերծ մնալ տարբեր իրավական ակտերում այդ արտահայտությունների տարաբնույթ մեկնաբանություններից:

Սահմանվել է, որ Արարատյան դաշտում ստորգետնյա ջրային ռեսուրսներից ջրօգտագործման թույլտվություն տալու համար ջրի ազգային խորհուրդը պետք է տա իր դրական եզրակացությունը: Սահմանվել է ստորգետնյա ջրային ռեսուրսների կադաստրը և մոնիթորինգի իրականացման սկզբունքները: Ամրագրվել է ջրերի կրկնակի և երկրորդային օգտագործումը: Նոր խմբագրությամբ շարադրվել է ջրօգտագործման թույլտվություն ստանալու, ինչպես նաև կասեցման գործընթացները: Սահմանվել է ստորերկրյա ջրային սեռուրսների օգտագործման թույլտվության համար ներկայացվող պահանջները, ջրերի օգտագործմ ան առաջնահերթությունները, ջրերի օգտագործման համար կառուցվող հորատանցքերի համար ներկայացվող պահանջները:
