Բնական է, որ տնտեսությունը 2020 թվականի նկատմամբ որոշակի բարելավում ունենալու էր

«Մինչև կառավարության փոփոխություն չլինի դեռևս վաղ է տնտեսության վերականգնման մասին խոսել» այս մասին Lurer.com կայքին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը։
Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե երբ կարող ենք ասել, որ Հայաստանում տնտեսական ճգնաժամը հաղթահարվել է, և արդեն կարող ենք դրական արդյունքներ ունենալ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը ասել է․
«Դժվարանում եմ այդ հարցին պատասխանել, որովհետև այդ հարցին պատասխանելու համար նախ պետք է քաղաքական կանխատեսումներ իրականացնենք, որը, կարծում եմ, անշնորհակալ գործ է։ Նախ մենք պետք է կանխատեսենք, թե առաջիկա ընտրություններին, որ քաղաքական ուժը կստանա ձայների մեծամասնությունը, այդ քաղաքական ուժը ինչպիսի կառավարություն կձևավորի, այդ քաղաքական ուժը ինչպիսի տնտեսական կուրս կապահովի, այնուհետև նոր կարող ենք խոսել տնտեսական անկման հաղթահարման մասին»։
Տնտեսագետը հավատացրեց, որ այդ կանխատեսումները այս պահին ոչ ոք անել չի կարող, և ով էլ փորձի դա կդիտվի որպես դասական պոպուլիզմի դրսևորում․
«Դեռևս վաղ է այդ մասին խոսել, հավաստիացնում եմ՝ ովքեր էլ կխոսեն, որ տնտեսությունը վերականգնվում է, դրանք դասական պոպուլիզմի դրսևորումներ են, օրինակ՝ վերջերս նույն էկոնոմիկայի պատասխանատու պաշտոնյաները թմբկահարեցին, որ տնտեսությունը սկսել է վերականգնվել, այո, որոշակի բարելավում կարող ենք ունենալ, բայց տնտեսությունը բնական է, որ 2020 թվականի նկատմամբ որոշակի բարելավում ունենալու էր, որովհետև, եթե մենք հիշենք 2020 թվականի մարտ-մայիս ամիսների տոտալ լոքդաունը և այժմյան ակտիվությունը, դա անզեն աչքով երևում է»։
Ըստ Նաիրի Սարգսյանի՝ չնայած նրան, որ անցած տարվա տնտեսական տոտալ լոքդաունին հաջորդեց հետպատերազմյան շրջանը, և դրամի արժեզրկումը, այնուամենայնիվ մի շարք բիզնեսմեններ վերսկսեցին իրենց աշխատանքը․
«Այնուամենայնիվ սկսեցին աշխատել հանրային սննդի կետերը, սրճարանները, ռեստորանները: 2020 թվականի ընթացքում մարդիկ հոգնած էին այդ լոքդաունի, հետպատերազմյան կամ պատերազմյան ճնշվածության արդյունքում և միգուցե ինչ-որ վայրեր չէին այցելում, առևտուր չէին անում, բայց դա որոշակի հետո անցնում է, և աշխուժություն է նկատվում ու տնտեսությունը սկսում է աշխատել։ Սա որոշակի ազդեցություն թողնելու է, բայց ժամանակավոր ազդեցություն է և ժամանակավոր վերականգնվելու է։ Եվ իմ կանխատեսմամբ՝ մինչև կառավարության փոփոխություն չլինի, դեռևս վաղ է տնտեսության վերականգնման մասին խոսել»։
