Առողջապահության նախարարը՝ մի քանի օր առաջ, լրագրողների՝ Սիսիանում խմելու ջրից մասսայական թունավորումների դեպքի մասին հարցերին պատասխանելով՝ ոչինչ չի հերքել, ոչինչ չի բացառել, այդ թվում՝ լրագրողի այն հարցին, թե հնարավո՞ր է՝ դա լինի թշնամու գործունեության արդյունք, նա պատասխանել է, որ չի կարող հերքել կամ բացառել։

Մինչ օրս էլ չի հերքվել։

Խոսքը գնում է 445 թունավորման դեպքի մասին։

Քանի որ ներկայիս իշխանությունները մտածելու որևէ կարողություն չունեն, ուզում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ աշխարհում գոյություն ունի «կենսաբանական զենք» հասկացությունը: Դրանց այն ֆոսֆորային հիմքով զենքերի շարքից է, որ Արցախում կիրառեցին, որոնք մի շարք միջազգային կոնվենցիաներով արգելվում է կիրառել, բայց մեր երկրի դեմ կիրառվում է, քանի որ ձեր նման ապիկարներն ու անգրագետներն են մեր իշխանությունը։

Տվյալ պարագայում՝ հնարավոր է կիրառված լինեն ջրի միջոցով մարդու օրգանիզմ մտած միկրոօրգանիզմներ, որոնք կարող են նաև գենետիկորեն ակտիվանալ տարբեր ազդակների միջոցով, տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում (դրանք կարող են ակտիվանալ նույնիսկ ճանճի տզզոցից):

Դուք հիմա հասկանո՞ւմ եք՝ ինչո՞ւ չի կարելի ջրի վերահսկողության թողնել թշնամու ձեռքերում։

Այս իշխանություններն էլ են կենսաբանական զենքի նման բան. վիրուսների պես մտնել են մեր օրգանիզմները և ուզում են տեղակայվել մեր քրոմոսոմներում։
